| The acceleration of China’s urbanization process and the rapid increase of urban population have greatly promoted the development of the urban rail transit system.This article takes the straddle-type monorail vehicle maintenance equipment in the current urban rail transit system—the straddle-type monorail horizontal wheel pressure detection device as the research object.Straddle-type monorail horizontal wheel pressure detection device is mainly used to detect the horizontal wheel pressure on the bogie after overhaul.The horizontal wheel whose side pressure of the track beam does not meet the standard can be changed by changing the size of the thickness of the adjustment gasket.The distance between the axle of the wheel and the side of the track beam,so as to realize the rapid adjustment of the horizontal wheel pressure value.The thesis mainly carried out the following work:Analyzed the straddle monorail bogie and horizontal wheel structure,and analyzed the operating requirements and technical requirements of the pressure detection device.Through the functional analysis and solution of the device,the research and design of the principle scheme were completed,and the existing technology and actual needs were combined.,Completed the overall design of the pressure detection device,and conducted research and design on the key structure of the pressure detection device-pressure detection unit,fine-tuning mechanism,and special rail beam.The core part of the horizontal wheel pressure detection device is mainly the pressure detection unit and the fine adjustment mechanism.For the pressure detection unit,the layout of the sensor was reasonably adjusted,and the signal transmission and processing and scale conversion were analyzed;for the fine-tuning mechanism,based on the analysis of the working status,a suitable mechanism plan was selected and the mechanism was constituted.The main hardware components are explained in detail.According to the control plan of the detection device,an algorithm for pressure test and recommended adjustment of gasket thickness is obtained.Based on the virtual instrument software development platform Lab VIEW,the software framework of the measurement and control system was built,and programs that could realize the functions of data acquisition and processing,parameter setting,and user login were written.The lower computer uses Siemens PLC to control the motion of the pressure detection unit.At the same time,it communicates with the Lab VIEW software of the upper computer in real time,and monitors the pressure throughout the entire motion process until the real-time pressure value reaches the standard pressure value range.The PLC reads the data of the grating scale at this time as a reference value for adjusting the thickness of the gasket.The core component of the pressure detection device,the pressure detection unit,was tested and analyzed to verify its measurement accuracy and the feasibility of the scheme.At the current stage,the pressure detection and maintenance of the horizontal wheel are mainly adjusted through simple measurement and work experience.This article discusses a horizontal wheel pressure detection device,through which a more accurate horizontal wheel pressure detection can be realized,and a more reasonable method for adjusting the horizontal wheel pressure is given. |
