Lubrication Mechanism Research And Optimal Design Of Typical Sliding Friction Pair Based On Micro Texture Configuration Design

Abstract/Summary:
The performance of sliding friction components used in construction machinery field is influenced by a number of factors and researchers have been working to improve the frictional lubrication and mechanical properties of sliding friction components.The development of surface texture technology based on bionic research provides a new approach to improve the performance of sliding friction components.In this thesis,the friction lubrication performance of misaligned radial sliding bearings under the action of micro texture is investigated,and the friction lubrication phenomenon and mechanism of misaligned micro texture sliding bearings with journals under the cavity effect are studied on this basis.The study of groove micro texture and micro-dimple texture bearings shows that different forms of micro texture have the same effect on the frictional lubrication and mechanical properties of radial sliding bearings,specifically: the bearing load capacity is higher and the frictional properties are better when the micro texture is distributed in the boost area.The location and depth of the micro texture and other parameters on the bearing load carrying capacity of the sliding bearing has the dual possibility of improving and weakening.The optimum inclination angle of the micro texture in the boost area leads to an increase in the frictional lubrication performance of the bearing.Increasing the area ratio of the micro texture in the boost area improves the bearing performance and the performance parameters of the bearing vary linearly with the area ratio.After processing the micro texture with suitable parameters on the smooth surface of the shank,the frictional lubrication performance of the bearing is improved,except for the end leakage,and the smaller the misalignment,the better the improvement.The performance parameters of groove micro texture and micro-dimple texture bearings differ in a number of respects.Firstly,the better axial share of the groove micro texture is between 40% and 60%,while the better axial share of the micro-dimple texture is between 40%and 70%.Secondly,the best parameters for the groove micro texture distributed in the boost area are 2μm deep and 50% axially,while the best parameters for the micro-dimple texture are2.5μm deep and 55% axially.Again,variations in the inclination angle of the micro texture have a greater effect on the groove bearing and a smaller effect on the micro-dimple texture bearing.Finally,the study of the area ratio of the micro-dimple texture bearing revealed the existence of a better method for changing the area ratio of the micro texture.A further study of micro-dimple texture bearings taking into account the cavitation effect found that the machining of micro texture on the smooth surface of the shank was very beneficial in reducing the end leakage flow of the bearing and the load carrying capacity and maximum oil film pressure of the micro texture bearing were relatively reduced.The relative "hysteresis" in the axial ratio of the bearing load capacity and maximum oil film pressure after considering the cavitation effect provides a strong guidance and basis for the actual production process,i.e.an appropriate increase in the axial ratio of the micro texture is beneficial to obtain higher load capacity and oil film pressure.
