| A mass of energy is consumed in the winter heating period of most of northern regions in china, and the misconduct of heating will result in severe environmental pollution. Many large and medium-sized cities uses the way that supplies heat together to resolve the those problems of heating. Heat-exchange station is one of the most parts in Central Heating System, thus, it is significant to achieve automatic control system in heat exchange station for saving energy and reducing environmental pollution.On the basis of analyzing the mass locale data, this article bring forward general law on the correspondence of heating fuel's consumption to the outdoor weather condition, that is when air temperature is on the high side, the heating load should be on the low side, vice versa. The laws provides main basis for running adjustment in water heating system.At present, experience control is widely used in the heat-exchange station, for some, experience control is major strategy, outdoor temperature compensating control is minor strategy. And, the equal temperature control of supply and return temperature is mostly adopted in outdoor temperature experience control, owing to its deficiency, this paper puts forwards equal temperature control of supply and return temperature by stages, providing theoretical basis for the new control method which not only makes up the deficiency of equal temperature control, but also optimizes the control law of supply and return temperature in time according to practical condition of site, and which can get better control effect. This method presented in this paper can be used directly in the heat-exchange station.In order to optimize the control law of supply and return temperature in time according to practical condition of site, this paper also develops controlling interface for data management system by tool of Visual Basic 6.0 software, including controlling interface for gathering and the display of the site data, controlling interface for data process and law optimization, controlling interface for online parameter modification, based on this, the field data collection and display, the optimized control law of supply and return temperature and the online parameter modification for each parameter, etc. can be realized.This article also briefly introduced the theory of fuzzy PID, fuzzy PID controller's design and hardware circuit and software circuit of intelligence controller, and the functions and the roles of each part are showed briefly. |
