complex risks.In the old town of megacities represented by Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,which has a deep historical heritage,huge social mobility,huge residential density,complex living crowd.Therefore,it has brought huge pressure to the old community ecosystem in the old town.Due to the long history of the old community,the scale is huge,the problem is highlighted,and the state attaches great importance to the renovation of the city’s old communities.December 2020,the General Office of the State Council issued the "Guiding Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting the Reconstruction of Old Community",which pointing that the urban old community renovation is a major people’s livelihood project and development project,which promotes Hui Minsheng.Expanding domestic demand,promoting urban renewal and development and construction methods is important to promote high quality development.The bungalow community is the third community other than the unit community in Beijing,and the historical residential land;From the current spatial distribution,the bungalow community is in addition to the Forbidden City,the exterior site of the Beijing Old Town,the temple,and retains ancient city alley texture,ordinary residents living,with a single-storey bungalow as the main style.he bungalow community in Beijing Old Town has a rich historical heritage.It is an important part of the national "cultural center",the important part of the core area of Beijing Capital,but it is also an old,low-income,vulnerable group agglomeration city depression.The spatial level is also facing high density,low volume ratio,and multi-violations.From the perspective of policy level,the study of the construction and planning strategy of the construction and planning strategy of Beijing Old Town,the construction and planning strategy of the country,in line with the national promotion of urban renewal,old community transformation policy trends.On October 27,202,the Office of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China,the Beijing Municipal People’s Government issued the " Guidance on accelerating the construction of resilience city construction ",proposing the goal: By 2025,the resilience urban evaluation index system and standard system are basically formed,completing 50 tough communities,block project construction,forming typical experience of promoting,replicable urban construction.By2035,the construction of resilience city construction has made significant progress,the ability of major disasters,adaptability,and rapid recovery capabilities.Therefore,how to make balance in disaster prevention,organic renewal and historical and cultural protection in Beijing’s old town bungalow communities is of great significance to the construction of resilience city in Beijing,and also provides references for the construction of resilience evaluation systems and community planning in other megacities.This paper divides the research of resilience evaluation and improvement strategy of the bungalow community in Beijing old town into five parts.The first chapter mainly explains the policy background and social background of the research,and then proposes the objectives and significance of this research,and proposes the research framework and technical route based on the domestic and foreign research on community resilience evaluation and resilience improvement strategies,and explains the related concepts involved in this paper,sorts out and summarizes the theoretical research and practice at home and abroad,and puts forward the research framework of this paper.The second chapter mainly discusses the relevant theories related to the construction of resilient communities in this study,and summarizes coping strategies and implementation paths through the analysis of practical cases of community resilience construction at home and abroad.The third chapter is the basic research of bungalow community of Beijing old town,mainly analyzes the material space characteristics,social characteristics,disaster characteristics,and analyzes the resilience of the bungalow community from the perspectives of space,society and community governance.The fourth chapter constructs the resilience assessment system of bungalow community in Beijing old town based on the previous research.The fifth chapter takes Tieshu Xiejie community as the empirical research object,evaluates the resilience level of tieshu Xiejie community on the basis of the previous research,and puts forward the strategies to improve the resilience of the community according to the lack of resilience in the evaluation.Based on the research on the construction of resilience evaluation system and strategies for improving resilience in the bungalow community in The old town of Beijing,it is concluded that high density is the main factor of spatial vulnerability,and the aging,low income and low education level of residents are the main factors of social vulnerability.Therefore it is concluded that by optimizing the community space layout of the room to improve resilience ability,by wisdom of infrastructure and public service facilities aging,living type bungalow periodic maintenance to improve resilience engineering ability,active ability to adapt society system through ascension to strengthen social resilience ability,build multivariate co-govermnet toughness toughness management system to improve community governance ability. |
