Study On Resilience Assessment And Promotion Strategies Of Rural Communities At Han Chang’an Site

In recent years,the authenticity and integrity of the great sites have been paid more and more attention by all walks of society.Its overall protection is no longer limited to the protection of the site itself,but to protect the residents,communities and other elements that are closely related to the site.As a typical representative of the great site,the study of Han Chang’an City site is of great significance.However,in real life,with the development of society,Han Chang’an City site protection and rural community development produced difficult to coordinate the contradiction.The policies of site protection,the development of scenic spots and so on have more and more influence on the development of rural communities.And the development of city has also caused the non-negligible influence on rural communities,which has led to the continuous decline and abnormal development of rural communities,which also troubled the overall protection and development of Han Chang’an City siteIn view of this,based on the research of the rural community in Han Chang’an City site,and based on participating in the research on the Synergy Between the Protection of Han Chang’ an City site and the Development of People’s Livelihood Under the View of Time and Space of the National Social Science Foundation project,the author selected six representative typical rural communities:Xu Zhai Village,Ge Laomen Village,Jia Chengbu Village,Jiang Wudian Village,Lou Getai Village and Yang Shan Village.Based on the research of community resilience,and the author put forward strategies of community resilience promotion by constructing the framework of community resilience assessment.At the same time,it is hoped that it can provide new ideas for the overall protection and development of Han Chang’an City site,and also provide reference for the construction and management of other large ruins of rural communities.The main contents of this study include:(1)summing up the relevant theoretical studies of community resilience,Rural Revitalization and so on,drawing lessons from the research on community construction and governance home and abroad,and combing the relevant research of Han Chang’an City site to provide the foundation for the later study.(2)Based on the theory of community resilience,the main disturbance factors affecting the development of the community were diagnosed,and based on the domestic and foreign community resilience measurement system,combining with the rural community characteristics of Han Chang’an City site,the rural community resilience measurement system of Han Chang’ an City site was constructed.(3)Through the questionnaire survey,and using Entropy Weight TOPSIS method to six typical rural communities quantitative studyto get the results of typical rural communities quantitative study.(4)The results show that the resilience of typical rural communities is obviously different,and the spatial distribution is not uniform.In view of the difference of the present rural community development and the difference of the community resilience result,the Ccluster Analysis method is used to classify the rural community and the Grey Correlation analysis is used to get the influencing factors of the community resilience.(5)Finally,through the analysis and integration of the factors affecting the resilience of the community,on the basis of the protection and utilization of the Han Chang’an City site,and through the technical framework analysis of the strategy of rural revitalization,the measures to promote the sustainable development of rural communities and the coordinated development of site protection are put forward..
