| With the vigorous development of green buildings in my country,the gradual recovery of wood production and the improvement of the bamboo product industry,it has become an inevitable trend to vigorously develop bamboo,wood and bamboo-wood mixed structures relying on existing wood structure building technologies.The research selects the traditional wooden structure residential buildings in the suburbs of Beijing as the research object,and is guided by the inheritance and innovation of the mortise and tenon joint techniques in the renewal of traditional dwellings.In this paper,the comparative analysis of traditional tenon and and round tenon,the numerical control manufacturing and performance optimization of round tenon and round tenon,the coupling between round tenon frame space and traditional wooden frame space,and the application design of round tenon in the renewal of traditional dwellings are discussed and researched.There are seven chapters in this paper,the main contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which briefly expounds the research background,research object,research content,research purpose,research significance,research status,research method and technical route of this subject.The second chapter takes Yulinbu in Yanqing District,Beijing as an example,starting from the wood frame types and tenon joints of traditional dwellings in the suburbs of Beijing,focusing on explaining the types and characteristics of mortise and tenon joints in traditional buildings.The third chapter,on the basis of summarizing the structural types and characteristics of the traditional tenon,explains the contemporary evolution logic of the traditional tenon form from the perspective of woodworking tool technology,and demonstrates the contemporary rationality of the round tenon,and then The simplified design method of traditional tenon and the evaluation strategy of the degree of simplification of tenon are proposed,and the feasibility of the practical application of round tenon is briefly analyzed.During this process,the research initially explored the milling process of Bamboo scrimber..The fourth chapter is the core chapter of this paper.It is guided by the performance optimization of round tenon under the background of digital construction.It mainly adopts the research method of making a physical model to be close to the real reproduction.The functional characteristics such as non-linearity,batch customization,etc.are measured;secondly,the problem of machining accuracy of the platform is studied through the precision experiment and optimization strategies are put forward;then the performance test of the round tenon is designed and carried out.The friction between the round tenon and the sockets and the combined cracking characteristics were tested.On this basis,in view of the structural defects of round tenon and round socket,a comprehensive optimization design strategy is proposed from three levels: material,joint construction and structure.The fifth chapter is based on the construction of wood frame space as the main line,exploring the the coupling of new wood frame system of round tenon and traditional wood frame system(taking Yulin Fort in Yanqing as an example)in the space formation,from the room to the house,from the house to the courtyard,from the courtyard to the group and even the entire settlement space.The sixth chapter takes Yulinbu Renhe Street renewal as an example to simulate the application design,explores the practical application strategy of the round tenon in the renewal of traditional wooden houses in the suburbs of Beijing,makes a design,and completes the research closed-loop.The last chapter summarizes the research results,innovations and significance of this paper,and analyzes the insufficiency of the research.Research on the inheritance and innovation of traditional mortise and tenon wood frame construction techniques,improve the theory and method of traditional residential renovation design and modern wood structure building design,and establish the relationship between traditional building tenon and mortise structure and today’s digital and intelligent development of buildings at the basic concept level.From the perspective of digital construction and prefabricated buildings,the research has important practical significance for exploring and promoting the green and sustainable development of prefabricated wood structure construction systems and tenon-and-mortise wood structure buildings in China. |
