| Most of the fossil-fired power plant projects in the power industry are designed using traditional design methods,while the application of design based on BIM technology is relatively blank.The author research the current situation of BIM collaborative design method application at home and abroad,statistical data of actual work projects in fossil-fired power plant projects,and combining the author’s actual work experience,obtained the following results and Conclusion.(1)Based on the actual fossil-fired power plant projects in which the author participated and the project data collected,the data were summarized and counted in terms of unit power generation,total plant area,design cycle and structural form.(2)Establishing a set of BIM collaborative design methods for fossil-fired power plant projects.Adopt a hybrid classification method to establish BIM coding rules in fossil-fired power plant projects for the three major systems of combustion,steam,electricity and each specialized equipment and components.Combine practical work experience,the author prepare relevant standards for staffing,BIM modeling process and BIM deliverables in the design process.At the same time,propose the design requirements for each design phase.(3)In response to the problems of long time consuming coordination and modification of process solutions in fossil-fired power plant projects and unintuitive presentation of solutions,a BIM model of the plant solution was completed with the general diagram of a fossil-fired power plant project in Shanxi as an example,which clearly expressed the partitioning,location and coding of each functional system in the plant,and verified the applicability of BIM coding rules.(4)On the basis of the BIM collaborative design method established by the author,the BIM models of structure,building,electrical,water supply and drainage and process majors were completed on the basis of the coal transportation and quality inspection complex building as an example,and the components in the model were coded,the data were counted and screened,the visualization,collision check,schedule and the established BIM codes were applied to complete the collaborative design among the majors,the staircase diagram,structural diagram and the 3D model of staircase,structure and steel reinforcement were generated,and the structural calculation of the special structure of cable trench was carried out. |
