Unsafe factors such as coal handling equipment failure,high temperature and abnormal environmental parameters often exist in the coal handling corridor in coal-fired power plants.The operation and maintenance of these unsafe factors usually require manual patrol inspection,but manual patrol inspection has problems such as poor working environment and high labor intensity,which will affect the accuracy of patrol inspection.The intelligent inspection robot can conduct real-time inspection around the clock.At the same time,the early warning response is fast and accurate.It can eliminate potential safety hazards in time and improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance.By investigating the current situation and functional requirements of coal handling corridor inspection robot,the overall scheme of inspection robot monitoring system is proposed,including mechanical structure,control hardware system(motion drive,data acquisition,wireless communication,power supply and positioning)and host computer software system.The robot monitoring system can real-time monitor the environmental parameters,regional temperature and operation status of coal handling equipment in the corridor,control the hub motor with PLC as the main controller to realize reciprocating inspection,realize the data acquisition of combustible gas,dust and other sensors through PLC analog module,realize the fault location through RFID technology,realize the remote transmission of data through wireless network bridge,and develop the fault detection system of coal handling belt deviation based on Open CV and QT,Based on the infrared camera,the roller fault detection is realized.Then,a patrol inspection and monitoring system which can manage the hardware uniformly is developed based on QT(c + +),and finally the automatic patrol inspection of the coal conveying corridor is realized.The system includes five patrol inspection and monitoring modules: patrol inspection status control,data acquisition,video monitoring,data query and conveyor belt fault detection,and has a good man-machine interface.Finally,the experimental prototype is processed and assembled,and the conveyor belt test-bed is built to verify the inspection performance of the experimental prototype,and verify the effectiveness of the inspection monitoring system for data acquisition,conveyor belt deviation and idler fault infrared detection.
