Research On Digital System Of Ship Repair Management

At present,the operation and management of many ship repair enterprises is still in the stage of separating information flow from business flow.Most of the data involved in many links of operation and management is processed with spreadsheets and other tools.In the process of operation and management of ship repair enterprises,there are a large amount of data generated,and the business process is complex.The existing operation and management methods are difficult to solve the problems such as untimely information communication among various departments,difficult information and data query,and low efficiency of enterprise operation and management.Under the background of China’s ship repair enterprises entering a new track of development era,this paper finds the deficiencies in the operation and management of many ship repair enterprises based on the preliminary investigation on the operation and management of ship repair enterprises.In view of these shortcomings,the digital system of ship repair management is built through the combination of digital means and existing business processes,and the digital system of ship repair management is designed and applied based on the operation and management digital system constructed.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)The current situation of the operation and management of ship repair enterprises has been analyzed and studied.Through visiting and conducting field research to many domestic ship repair enterprises and field consulting with repair industry experts on the current situation of the ship enterprise management adequate investigation is carried out and it is found that there are some shortcomings such as information island,non-standard document format,complicated business approval processing process,single information acquisition channel,low offline calculation efficiency and extensive data processing and analysis methods in the ship repair enterprises’ operation and management.(2)The digital system of ship repair operation and management has been established.In view of the phenomenon of information island in the management of ship repair,the digital data collaborative operation platform is established;In view of the phenomenon of irregular format of documents in the ship repair management,the unified format of digital documents is established;In view of the complicated phenomenon of the business approval processing process in the ship repair management,the digital approval flow based on the process engine and the digital approval mode based on We Chat terminal are established;In view of the phenomenon of single information acquisition channel in ship repair management,the digital external port is established to increase the channel of information acquisition;In view of the phenomenon of low offline calculation efficiency of ship repair management,the digital price calculation library is established to assist the manual calculation;In view of the extensive data processing mode of the ship repair operation and management,the customer database and the ship file database are established to classify and store the important data.And based on these digital optimizations,the ship repair management digital system is built.(3)The digital system of ship repair operation and management has been designed and applied.Based on the built digital system of ship repair management and the use requirements of the on-site repair shipyard,the system function module scheme prototype has been designed based on Axure and Visio software.Then,the designed scheme prototype is developed in the system using C # language on the Visual Studio 2017 platform,and used in the actual repair shipyard.After the application,the standardization of documents in ship repair management has been improved,the speed of ship repair management business processing has been accelerated,the fine management ability of ship repair enterprises has been improved,and the macro control of the profit of ship repair ships has been realized.
