| When the ship is sailing on the sea, it breaks down easily because of changeful marine atmosphere and complex sea condition. Besides, the ship has a number of features which can lead to system failure, such as varieties of devices, complicated system and easy to occur corrosion. For a long time, a lot has been done by the world’s main maritime country to improve the safety of ship. They establish the guarantee strength of offshore maintenance. In order to safeguard China’s maritime rights and interests, Professor Xie Xinlian and other people of Dalian Maritime University put forward the concept of Semi-Submergible Repair Ship.First, according to relevant description of the ship, this paper presents a conceptual model of Semi-Submergible Repair Ship, and introduces the ship’s technical parameters, overall arrangement, main equipped facilities, features and application prospects. Secondly this paper analyzes some key technologies of the conceptual model, and the relevant research shows that the technology of the ship is reasonable and advanced. In addition, this paper will study the technical and economic performance of the ship by using AHP and Set Pair Analysis. We will use AHP to calculate the corresponding weights, and determine the optimal solution by the corresponding calculation. Finally,3ds max software will be used to simulate the work process of the Semi-Submergible Repair Ship, so the reader can better understand the works. What’s more, this also lays the theoretical foundation for further research ship. |
