Third chapter analyzed repair form and propose the use of standard repair form which is managed by computer. Fourth chapter analyzed the project management scene control method, designs progress control flow of ship repair scene based on the network plan. Fifth chapter analyzed management information system, got and analyzed Enterprise demand with UML technology, and designed work flow and information flow. Sixth chapter carried out the design to overhead construction, function module, network construction and database, then realize the development of ship repair management information system with Java language programming.
