| Due to the factors such as ambiguity of the user’s expressed needs,the cognitive difference between the user and the designer,and the lack of the performance dimension of the designer’s coding,the information transmission between the user and the designer has a certain lack of communication and understanding deviation,resulting in cognitive dissipation in the product image styling design process.In order to reduce the cognitive dissipation in the design process,this study started from the image demand analysis,proposed a product image styling design method based on cognitive dissipation,and established a product image styling optimization design model based on the monkey king genetic algorithm,the image styling optimization design was carried out.The main research content includes the following three parts:(1)Evaluation of product styling image based on cognitive dissipation.Research samples and Kansei words were collected,the image cognition of users and designers were obtained through semantic difference method;the compound target image was determi ned by comprehensively cluster analysis and cosine similarity calculation;the cognitive uncertainty caused by cognitive dissipation was analyzed,the information Entropy and minimum deviation were used to construct a product styling image evaluation model under cognitive dissipation,and the composite target image weight and cognitive subject weight were obtained.(2)Evaluation of product image styling design elements based on cognitive dissipation.The product styling design elements were deconstructed by morphological analysis method,and a correlation model between cognitive dissipation value and design elements in combination with quantification I theory was established,and the ranking of the contribution of design elements was obtained;the common elements and individuality of product image styling design was identified through rough sets Elements;a dissipative structure model of product image styling design based on cusp mutation was built,and the styling design element knowledge of cognitive dissipation balance was extracted.(3)Optimal design of product image styling based on the monkey king genetic algorithm.Based on the knowledge of styling design elements of cognitive dissipation balance,the concept of combination innovation was applied to the product image styling design,the monkey king genetic algorithm was used as the generation mechanism of the optimization plan,combined with human evaluation and regression support vector machine,which were used as fitness function to construct the product image styling optimization design model,assist designers in image styling design.Taking the image styling design of machine tool as an example,the phenomenon of cognitive dissipation in the design process was analyzed in this study,a cognitive dissipation balance method in different stages of the design process was proposed,and the knowledge of composite target images and styling design elements were extracted to optimize the image styling design,the rationality and feasibility of the product ima ge styling design method based on cognitive dissipation were verified.The results show that this method is helpful to reduce the cognitive dissipation of the design process,achieve a design scheme that meets the user’s psychological expectations faster,and improve the design efficiency and quality of designers. |
