In order to better meet the needs of users in the age of perceptual experience.The form bionic design has become an important means for designers to endow emotions in product design.Along with the development of form bionic design,and people have a deeper cognitive need for bionic forms.The form bionic design changes from“shape” to “spirit”.This requires the designer to accurately grasp the cognitive process of the user.The designer can grasp the target of bionic design between bionic shape and product shape.Stimulating users to produce emotional resonance,and so as to better understand the product.This paper introduces the graphical cognitive theory and the Kansei engineering research method into the process of bionic design.Binding and controlling the process of product form bionic design.established the program of product form bionic design,and conforming to the user's cognitive model.It not only enriches and improves the basic theory of form bionics design,but also provides a theoretical basis for deep cognition research in the process of product form bionic design.First,the paper expounds the basic theory and technical method of cognition relevance.Secondly,the process of form bionic design is taken as the main line.The study of perceptual vagueness in the process of product form bionic design was locked by means of questionnaire interview and literature analysis.Then,the constraint principles and strategies of the process of form bionics design were put forward based on the theory of graphic cognition.In the animal characteristics analysis phase.Obtaining the cognitive ranking of animal characteristics eye-tracking experiment.In the phase of product characteristics analysis,the relationship of product perceptual cognitive evaluation and modeling elements is established by Kansei engineering method.Identifying the cognitive priority of product modeling elements.Proposing a strong cognitive characteristics coupled matching method at the stage of combining biometric and product characteristics.In the stage of abstract design,proposing the constraint strategy of strong characteristics was low-abstraction and weak characteristics was high-abstraction.This paper verifies the feasibility of the principle and strategy by form bionic design of medical sensor.The paper is based on the theory of graphic cognition.The process of form bionicdesign was constrained.Solving the problem of perceptual uncertainty in the process of bionics design.A flow of orderly and controllable for product form bionic design was established,and the design channels were widened.Helping designers improve the efficiency of form bionic work.Achieving the Minimalist of form bionic design.
