With the development of industrial internet of things,it has played a catalytic role in the digital transformation of manufacturing industry,and industrial APP came into being.At present,the construction of industrial APP has achieved initial results,but there are also some problems.The design of industrial APP should not only meet the specific functional needs of users,but also meet the emotional needs and subjective experience of users.In particular,the design level of its interactive interface directly affects the quality of the product,therefore,the perceptual design of industrial APP interface has become an important issue in theoretical research.The theory of perceptual engineering plays an irreplaceable role in designing the interface that meets the users’ perceptual needs.This paper takes the material APP of the automobile manufacturing industry as an example,with the users’ perceptual cognition of the material APP interface and the actual industrial demand as the starting point,applies the perceptual engineering theory to build a multi-dimensional variable perceptual engineering model,transforms the users’ perceptual demands into the design elements of the APP interface,and realizes the "user-oriented" optimization design of the material APP interface of the automobile manufacturing industry in combination with the actual production mode and logistics operation process of the automobile manufacturing industry.The details are as below:(1)Firstly,according to the literature reading method,questionnaire survey method,morphological analysis and other methods,the perceptual image word pairs that affect users are extracted.Through factor analysis and general analysis,the three groups of perceptual image word pairs are finally determined as "easy-to-use complex","friendly distant" and "beautiful ugly"(2)Apply the proposed soft interface deconstruction method based on global HIEs to deconstruct the main interface of material APP,extract 13 key design elements of the main interface of material APP through expert discussion,on-site interview,qualitative inference and other methods,expand 39 design element levels,and orthogonally combine the design elements to produce 22 interface prototype drawings.(3)Select 10 interface design samples,through the semantic difference 5 subscale,get the users’ perceptual evaluation mean of 10 samples,and construct the emotional image cognitive space.(4)The main features are evaluated by the ring comparison method and parameterized.SPSS is used for multiple linear regression analysis to obtain the mapping model between each perceptual image vocabulary and its main feature design elements,summarize the guiding design elements,and make the APP optimization interface of automobile manufacturing materials in combination with the actual industrial needs.(5)Establish a comprehensive user experience evaluation model of automotive manufacturing material APP combining eye movement and EEG,conduct user measurement experiments of combining eye movement and EEG,and evaluate the design results.From the perspective of automobile manufacturing users,combined with the actual industrial needs,this paper optimizes the content and interface design of automobile manufacturing material APP by means of perceptual engineering,and provides verification for the optimization results through the emotion measurement experiment of eye movement and EEG,so that the automobile manufacturing material APP can better meet the emotional needs of industrial actual users from a practical point of view,and increase its usability.This research method can also be used in the design of other industrial APPs,which is of great significance to the high-quality development of industrial APPs.
