TRIZ Applied In Products Perceptual Form Shaping Process

With the development of economy and science and technology of the society, the product is becoming more and more complication, and the competition of product is becoming fiercer than ever before. As for designers, it is undoubtedly a greater challenge, and at the same time, the experience of traditional design can't meet the requirements. Designers need some theory which is efficiency and easy to master, and also time- saving. Meanwhile, some unsure sensibility factors of design need to be measured by scientific way. And the need is becoming more and more stronger. Modern industrial deign pays more and more attention to personalized design, The consumer hope the design can bring out the individualized products that can lead the fashion.Kanei engineering theory system in perceptual quantification field is becoming relatively perfect, and with the help of many kinds of tools and analytical method, it can be used to meet perceptual psychological and subjective perception expectations and demands, and then it also can be well translate consumers feeling into related design elements of products.Kanei engineering system by the way of translating consumer's perceptual quantification into product physical design factors, established some corresponding relation between sensibility factors and design elements, that is to say, by input webs can draw the corresponding design elements, but for what combination of these factors in constructing or molded products overall, how to solve conflict problems in the process of forming product shape, its are not covered by related research. And TRIZ which use scientific problem solving methods just can solve design conflict problems in the process of forming product shape, and make perceptual design from theory into reality.In this paper, with the background of perceptual design theory, TRIZ method is applied to products perceptual form shaping process, as further research of Kanei engineering. It will play a guiding role in the combination of product design elements, and what is more important is to solve conflict problems among design factors which encountered in the process of forming the product shape. But TRIZ theory is with strong commonality, when it used in perceptual design field, this study will from a professional angle, imitate the method which TRIZ used to solve the problem, and choose proper general characteristic parameters and invention principle to build the perceptual design conflict resolving matrix model to solve the conflict,which eventually make perceptual design from theory to reality.
