The "user centered" industrial design requires that products not only meet the functional needs of users,but also need to consider and embody the user's emotional value.With the increasingly homogeneous trend of product shape,material design becomes an important direction of product differential expression.The emergence of artificial intelligence and intelligent generation of design creativity have become a major trend of future development.Based on the above research background,this paper,based on the knowledge of extenics,industrial design,Kansei Engineering,color science and material science,adopts a qualitative and quantitative method to study the formal expression,reasoning and automatic generation of materials to achieve the emotional needs of the matching users and to improve the design of the products.The purpose of new efficiency.Material is a comprehensive expression of overlapping elements such as materials,colors,processes and textures.People's perceptual cognition of material is a complex process,which needs to be acquired through multi-dimensional sensory channels such as vision,touch,taste and smell.Most of the existing research results belong to the single channel perceptual design study of single material elements.It is difficult to objectively and comprehensively characterize the complex emotional images of the users,which leads to the difficulty of promoting and applying the constructed perceptual design models and methods in practice.In the field of CMF design of automotive interior,this paper innovatively introduces extenics method to study the unified design method of material perceptual design reasoning and model building.The purpose is,first,to solve the traditional industrial design innovation process,the excessive reliance on the personal experience of the designer,the optimization of the design scheme is lack of quantitative evaluation tools,the design results have great uncertainty,low reliability,innovation efficiency is not high,innovation process and cases are difficult to promote a series of problems.Secondly,this paper constructs a material perceptual extension reasoning and design method,and carries out extenics modeling,extension,transformation and optimization evaluation to the problem of material perceptual design,process and related elements,in order to find a solution strategy to solve the reasoning problem of material perceptual design,and finally realize the intelligentization and software of the material quality innovation design.Change.In comparison with perceptual engineering,statistics,genetic algorithm and fuzzy mathematics,extenics can more concretely and vividly express the "things,things and relationships" in the research problems.It is beneficial to explore the development,transformation and evaluation of related things,and to solve the contradictions in perceptual design of material intelligently.Make conditions.The main contents and results of this paper are as follows:1.Build the basic model and reasoning method of material perceptual extension.Firstly,the correlation analysis of perceptual image and material elements is analyzed.According to the principle of Extenics conjugation analysis and correlation analysis,the "body sense evaluation feature" based on the sense of touch,vision and taste is proposed,which establishes the correlation between the base element of the user's emotional image(virtual part)and the material element(real part).Secondly,by using the four step method of extension innovation,by parameterized expression of target base element(emotion),conditional element(material)and critical body sense evaluation,the extenics basic element model of "thing,feature,quantity value" is established,and through "one thing and multiple signs","one value multi value" and "one value multiple sign" and other ways to spread and expand.The analysis method,such as the basic transformation and operation process,such as "permutation,increment and deletion,expansion and replication",finally carries out the optimization evaluation of the scheme,and obtains the best material scheme strategy of the typical user emotional image,and converts the target and the conditional basic element to obtain the most likely emotional image vocabulary of the user.2.Knowledge acquisition and Extenics characterization in perceptual design field.The acquisition of perceptual information,using semantic difference method,oral analysis method and KJ method,is used to collect,select and cluster the user's emotional image vocabulary,somatic sense evaluation vocabulary and auto interior sample.The four typical user emotional images in the field of "dynamic","luxury","business","simple" and "concise" automobile interior are obtained,and the four critical body sense evaluation dimensions of "rough sense/gloss sense","temperature sense","body mass sense" and "hardness sense" are obtained.To deconstruct the typical user emotional image,the interior decoration material elements of the car,and analyze the evaluation characteristics of different emotional images.The semantic difference method is used to evaluate somatosensory samples of typical emotional images.The final results are embodied in that establishing the user emotional semantic space set,the body sense evaluation dimension,the typical emotional image material sample board,and the automobile interior material library.Secondly,defining the range,basic operation,transformation and evaluation method of the key characteristics of the specific emotional image base on the critical features of somatic sense evaluation,and establish the extension association rules of material perceptual design.Thirdly,defining the range and priority level of the key features of somatosensory evaluation.The unified standard about the key features of the three major design elements of color,material and surface treatment technology is established,and the three-dimensional image scale map of the material elements(material and surface treatment process)is plotted,and the reasoning rules between the typical emotional images and the material elements of the automobile interior are set up.3.Based on the Uinty platform,an extenics expert system is set up for the perceptual design of automobile interior material.The software of the material perceptual design process is software,and the bidirectional extension reasoning between the specific emotional image and the material elements of automobile interior is realized intelligently,and the process of perceptual design is assisted to provide technical support for the material designers.From the results of the four types of image quality evaluation,the expert system can improve the efficiency,quality,science and reliability of the material design to a certain extent.Through the research and practice of extensional reasoning for material perceptual design,this paper provides a new method for the perceptual design of material,and has strong operability.It provides new ideas and cases for the study of design methodology.
