With the renewal of the construction industry,The era of prefabricated buildings,which are built like building blocks,has arrived,prefabricated houses also entered the industrialization stage of development,compared with the traditional mode of residential,prefabricated housing has realized the main body component factory assembly line of modular production,save a lot of housing construction in the process of complex process,technology,and the construction period is greatly shortened.BIM is not a kind of software,but a model concept.The 3d model is formed through the information construction of the floor plan,which serves as a bridge of information connection to realize the information interaction and collaboration of all parties.PC component is composed of prefabricated construction unit,completes the design of PC components and deepening is a key to guarantee the quality of the prefabricated housing quality,the introduction of BIM can be achieved by software issues related to early detection of artifacts and drawings,according to the characteristics of the different projects to deepen design and collision detection of components,reduce the error rate,reduce the later work.Based on the information application of BIM,this paper introduces the specific application of prefabricated housing and the deepening design of PC components.The first chapter summarizes the development and evolution of prefabricated housing and the application status of BIM by referring to relevant literature,and summarizes the technical route of the whole paper.The second chapter introduces the basic concept and software of BIM,and summarizes the application of information technology in current construction.The third chapter expounds the design and transformation of prefabricated components,introduces the deepening application and standardization construction of the current components,and summarizes the checking methods of structural strength of components by refining relevant specifications.The fourth chapter introduces the information application of BIM,the design and construction management of PC components in detail based on the practical application of the first-phase talent housing project of Sun Yat-sen University,and provides reference for similar projects through the introduction of this chapter.Current is in prefabricated building critical period of rapid development,and the prefabricated housing will inevitably become the new mainstream future residential construction area,in recent years,state and local governments have strengthened the implementation of related policies,therefore,in order to guarantee efficient high-quality,prefabricated house for information engineering practice of BIM is very necessary.At present,the application of BIM is still in the early stage of practice,and there are many problems in fine management and technical application.The application of BIM in many projects is merely a formality,and does not really promote the development of prefabricated buildings.Therefore,this topic still needs to be further explored and studied.Figure [54] Table [ 9 ] Reference [ 56 ]...
