| The use of prefabricated components has extremely broad application prospects in our country.However,due to problems such as low efficiency in the deepening of the design process,distortion of model information transmission,and frequent rework of construction and assembly,the development of prefabricated buildings in my country is not smooth.In order to achieve better development of prefabricated buildings,it is necessary to resolve the omissions in the deepened design of prefabricated buildings and the problem of information transmission,so as to improve the efficiency of production and on-site installation,which is of great significance to the development of the prefabricated concrete industrialized building system.The overall idea of ??this article is to first analyze the disadvantages of traditional model-driven BIM in terms of modeling and modification model efficiency and model data transmission,propose a new idea of ??data-driven BIM,and then study prefabricated components based on the component data model(CDM)theory Parametric design methods to improve the above problems,and finally combined with actual projects to apply the method in the establishment of models and design correction of the convenience and value brought about to provide new ideas for the development of my country’s BIM.(1)Start with the prefabricated components of the frame structure,analyze the respective composition rules of prefabricated beams,prefabricated slabs,and prefabricated column components,disassemble and sort out the prefabricated components database,form prefabricated beams,slabs,and columns CDM,which is "data driven BIM" Provide a data basis.(2)Then compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used parametric programming software,choose Grasshopper as the parametric tool studied in this paper,and provide a driving tool platform for "data-driven BIM".According to the requirements of the standard atlas,the prefabricated beam,slab,and column parameterization program is written from the three levels of geometry,reinforcement,and reserved embedded.By reading the CDM data table,the corresponding information model is automatically generated,thereby achieving"data-driven" BIM".(3)Finally,it is combined with the prefabricated frame structure project to explain how the parametric design method is applied to the actual project,and it will bring value to the deepening of design correction and efficiency enhancement.Therefore,the CDM-based parametric design method of prefabricated components proposed in this paper has certain theoretical significance and application value,and can effectively solve the problems of rapid model establishment,modification,visual model management and information data transmission of prefabricated components.More in-depth and systematic research on the parametric design method of prefabricated components based on the CDM standard provides ideas and reference value. |
