Renewal Research And Design Of Urban Waterfront Space Under The Background Of Stock

With the advancement of the country’s new urbanization construction and the implementation of urban renewal actions,my country’s urban development model has gradually transformed from "incremental expansion" to "stock renewal",and the potential,revitalization and optimization of stock resources have become the focus of urban development.Under the background of stock,the renewal and reuse of various types of idle land in cities has received extensive attention,and urban waterfront space,as an important and unique urban space resource in the city,plays a huge role in improving the urban environment,inheriting historical features and promoting urban development.In addition,due to the late development of waterfront space in my country,the stock planning is in the exploratory stage in the practice of urban renewal design and construction,and there are many problems.Therefore,how to revitalize the stock resources and activate the waterfront space has become the focus of urgent research,which has important practical significance for the renewal research and design of urban waterfront space under the background of stock.The research contents of this paper are as follows:First,define the concepts of waterfront space,stock and other related concepts,sort out the research results and development overview at home and abroad by consulting relevant materials,summarize the excellent experience in this field at home and abroad,and provide theoretical basis and supporting basis for subsequent discussions,which determines the research direction of this paper.Secondly,select typical cases from the actual cases of stock waterfront space at home and abroad for strategic analysis and experience reference.On the basis of learning from the successful renovation experience,it summarizes the goals and principles of urban waterfront space renewal under the background of stock,and proposes specific design strategies through the previous summary,from waterfront ecological renewal,space vitality creation,site culture continuation,transportation system Four aspects are constructed to revitalize the urban waterfront space under the background of stock.Finally,the renewal strategy of the existing waterfront space is applied to the design practice of Yatai Park in Changchun City,so as to provide an urban waterfront park with spatial vitality for Changchun residents and tourists.It is expected that through the above research,the existing resources will be revitalized,the waterfront space will be activated,and the urban renewal will be promoted,the urban economic development will be driven,and new ideas will be provided for in-depth exploration of the multiple values of urban waterfront space and revitalizing the existing resources through landscape design.
