The satellite attitude control flywheel is a key component responsible for the attitude adjustment of satellite.It is generally required to work continuously in orbit with the satellite for 3-7 years.Bearings are the key components of the attitude control flywheel system,and their lubrication performance and operating performance directly affect the operation status of the satellite attitude control flywheel and the service life of space equipment.In this paper,a new type of lubrication oil reservoir and a complete set of flywheel rotor system are designed,the theoretical analysis model of the supply rate of the lubrication oil reservoir is established,the key factors affecting lubrication oil supply rate and the operation performance of flywheel rotor system are explored,the key design parameters of ultra-precision bearing system are optimized,and the operation performance of flywheel rotor system is greatly improved.Firstly,according to the theory of liquid seal,a new type of lubrication oil reservoir is designed to provide long-term and stable lubrication for the flywheel bearing system.Based on the average Reynolds equation,a theoretical calculating model for lubrication oil supply rate of the oil reservoir is established,and the theoretical calculating model is verified by an accelerated experiment.The results show that the calculating model can predict the actual situation of the lubrication oil supplied of the lubrication oil reservoir well.Secondly,based on the theoretical calculating model of the lubrication oil supply rate of the oil reservoir,the effects of the machining parameters of the lubrication oil reservoir,the sealing gap length,the rotating speed and environmental factors on the maximum lubrication oil supply time of oil reservoir and the stability of bearing operation performance are explored.The results show that maximum lubrication oil supply time of oil reservoir and the stability of bearing operation performance are more sensitive to the changes of the roughness of the lubrication oil supply gap interface,the sealing gap length,the ambient temperature and the rotating speed.There is an exponential relationship between the maximum oil supply time and the roughness of the oil supply interface of the lubrication oil reservoir and the ratio of gap sealant respectively.Finally,the lubrication oil reservoir is installed in the self-developed attitude control flywheel rotor system,and the key parameters affecting the friction power consumption and vibration performance of the flywheel bearing are studied.The optimized flywheel bearing system is compared with the present flywheel bearing system.The results show that the ambient temperature and the amount of lubrication oil will greatly affect the friction power consumption of the bearing system.Within the working range of the flywheel rotor system,the lower the temperature is,the higher the friction power consumption of the bearing system is.While excessive lubricating oil will increase the friction power consumption.After the optimization of parameter,the friction power consumption of flywheel bearing system is reduced by about 50%。...
