Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid economic development of China and the increasing urban density, there have been a series of urban problems, including land shortage. To relieve the tension of urban land and improve building use efficiency,a new form of building type — urban complex, which integrates multiple urban functions such as subway, residence, and office,is emerging. As a city landmark, the function failure of urban complex after earthquake will have a big influence on the operation of urban functions. It is expected that the important functions inside urban complex will be restored quickly and put into use after earthquake. On the premise of limited post-earthquake repair resources, the repair path is the main factor which determines the building function recovery speed. Therefore, reasonable planning of post-earthquake repair path for urban complex is the key to meet the post-earthquake functional demands of such structures. Most of the buildings in the existing research adopt the repair path from bottom to up.For the urban complex with complex system and multi-function,the general repair path usually does not consider the post-earthquake functional demands.Based on this, taking urban complex as the research object,a post-earthquake repair path optimization method for urban complex based on functional demand orientation is proposed. The research contents are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the functional composition and functional correlation characteristics of urban complex, defines the components with functional correlation in different functional units as functional correlation components, and analyzes the causes of component function loss and the impact of functional correlation on functional demand and repair path optimization from the perspective of functional correlation, which can be used as the basis for further post earthquake repair path optimization.(2)Considering the functional correlation between components in different functional units of urban complex,a functional loss analysis model based on fault tree is established, which is divided into functional repair units combined with building functional units.Carrying out repair work inside the functional repair unit can realize targeted functional repair, ensure that it can be put into use immediately after repair, meet the usability demand of important functions, and play a key role in the optimization of post-earthquake repair path.(3)Take the expected repair time of each function as the function requirement target, compare the actual repair time of the function repair unit, and put forward the completion rate index of the function requirement target; On this basis, taking maximizing the completion rate of functional demands as the optimization goal, comprehensively considering the logical repair sequence of non structural components and the constraints of the number of repair workers, the post-earthquake repair path optimization model is established.Combined with genetic algorithm, the algorithm design is carried out,and the optimization method of post-earthquake repair path for urban complex is proposed.(4)The above method is applied to an urban complex. The results show that compared with REDi method, this method can effectively shorten the repair time of the important functions of the example building after the earthquake, effectively complete the function demand goal, and make the important functions priority, quickly recover and put into use immediately.Although the method focuses on urban complex,it is actually applicable to buildings with diverse functions, complex and large volume.
