| As a major fishery Province,in order to ensure the sustainable,stable and healthy development of fishery,this paper investigates the background and significance of the research and development of fishery safety equipment,and analyzes the current situation of fishery in Guangdong Province.According to the guidance of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government on fishery safety,as well as the relevant guiding spirit of the National Rural Revitalization Strategy and the "first line and three rows" of safe production,study the photovoltaic intelligent supervision device for the safe operation of fishing vessels.Through the investigation and analysis of the management of coastal fishing vessels,it is found that in the safety management of fishing vessels,all kinds of old fishing vessels and "Three No-vessels" have increased the difficulty of effective supervision.In addition,as a high-risk profession,fisheries can not only ensure the safe operation of fishermen,but also facilitate the fisheries regulatory authorities to realize effective regulation through the implementation of the quota system for fisheries.The main work of this paper are as follows:Aiming at the harsh marine environment with high temperature difference,high humidity,high salinity and high corrosion rate in the marine fishing environment,this paper puts forward the compensation scheme of terminal hardware equipment,the overall architecture of host computer information management software,the scheme of front-end visitor system and the scheme design of back-end management system.A shipboard embedded terminal device of management system based on lpc1768 and STM32 is designed,and the design of hardware modules and software of the terminal device are introduced in detail.The operation data,GPS positioning information and operation status are uploaded to the host computer through the shipboard hardware terminal and 4G wireless network,so as to realize the safety management of fishing boat operation.In view of the situation that the trim,roll,vibration and impact of the fishing boat will lead to the difficulty of installation and deployment of the photovoltaic power supply device,low power conversion rate and even leakage,a support design scheme is proposed to maximize the layout of the photovoltaic panel,and a small high stable photovoltaic DC power supply device based on DSP system is designed to ensure the power supply of AIS conduction equipment and navigation lights on board.A complete converter scheme is designed for the DC conversion part of the fishing boat photovoltaic power supply device.The RCD clamped flyback conversion circuit is selected as the main circuit from the photovoltaic panel side to the load side,and the discrete digital controller is designed.The simulation models of the main conversion circuit and photovoltaic panel are built on the MATLAB / Simulink platform.Combined with MPPT technology and constant voltage and constant current method,the working characteristics of photovoltaic cells and conversion circuits in different environments are analyzed,The simulation results verify the correctness of the theory.The fishing vessel photovoltaic DC power supply device and fishing vessel cluster intelligent supervision cloud system designed in this paper can effectively ensure the safe operation of fishing vessels,and can be widely used in power,security,industrial production and other aspects,which has great practical value. |
