Tuna is one of the important fish in the ocean fishery and it is widely distributed in the Pacific Ocean,Indian Ocean,Atlantic Ocean and other relatively distant sea areas.Its edible nutritive value is high,but tuna is not easy to preserve,and if it is stored it cannot be easily changed.Therefore,in the tuna offshore fishing and refrigerated transport chain,the tuna fishing and deep-frozen at its source are closely related to the quality of refrigerated transport of tuna into the market.Therefore,the design of the cooling system for tuna longline fishing vessels,including the cryogenic compartment,Research is particularly important.Our country is a large energy consuming country.Under the continuous promotion of modernization of fisheries,new type of vessel,new design,and new material for energy-saving and emission reduction of FRP fishing boats vessel have been gradually applied.This article takes FRP longline fishing vessel as the research object,elaborates the overall layout of the hull of FRP fishing vessel and the optimization of thermal insulation layer,and elaborates the actual fishing operations and catch handling methods.Combining the actual processing and freezing conditions with the theoretical basis of cooling load,calculate the load of cooling,infiltration heat,heat of fan motor,operating heat,and heat load of the air in the cabin to obtain the load of the refrigeration system,and according to design conditions to the condenser,auxiliary devices such as accumulators,gas-liquid separators,air receivers,oil-water separators,and dry filters,and compressor-equipment equipment related to refrigeration systems are optimized,and system valve stations,freezers,and evaporators are designed..By numerically simulating the gas in the freezing chamber,changes in the temperature cloud map,velocity cloud map,and velocity vector diagram in the entire freezing chamber caused by changes in the fan position value can be found.When the two fans are placed in the form of blowing,the up and down vertical The position is more favorable to form a reflux of the entire freeze tank gas within a certain range.Comparing speed cloud diagrams and speed vector diagrams will reveal the drawbacks of extending the flat racks.The experimentally verified wind speed and temperature of the observation point are compared with the simulated values to obtain the error within a reasonable range,and through the comparison of the measured temperature value of the entire emptying chamber with the simulated value,the feasibility of the simulation is further verified,and then the The layout of the freeze tanks provides reasonable optimization recommendations.
