Research On The Design Of Cultural Derivatives Of The "Three Confucius Temples" In Qufu Based On The Theory Of Design Semiotic

The culture of "Three Confucius" in Qufu is the foundation of the design of cultural derivatives.In the context of modern social development,how to better integrate the "three holes" cultural symbolic elements into contemporary design,so as to meet the aesthetics of the youth group and to pass on traditional culture,is the main problem solved in the design practice of this project.Based on the culture of Qufu’s "Three Confucius",this paper interprets it from the perspective of design semiotics,aiming to help Qufu’s "Three Confucius" establish individual brand characteristics and inherit traditional culture.Firstly,the theory of design semiotics is studied,and the intervention points of design semiotics in the design of cultural derivatives of Qufu "Three Holes" are analyzed.Secondly,a detailed interpretation of the cultural symbols of Qufu "three holes" from the perspective of semantic structure,semantic meaning,semantic use and context is conducted to lay the foundation of design coding,and design opportunities are identified in the context of the current situation of the commercially available derivatives.Then,we conducted a study on the characteristics of target users and their needs to understand their decoding system.Through in-depth interviews to determine the basic perceptual intention needs of users,and then through questionnaire research to clarify the needs of user personality characteristics,combined with user characteristics,to build a user portrait,screen the main categories of user needs,and clarify the future design direction.Next,determine the design principles and design strategies,and provide the sources of design symbols by coding the cultural symbols in three ways,namely: image coding,indication coding and symbolic coding.Finally,the overall design process is sorted out,and a model corresponding to the design semiotics system is constructed to provide design guidance for IP image and series extension design,tourism cultural souvenir design and app design,and the design is verified by the "Likert scale".The purpose of this project is to provide theoretical guidance for the design of cultural derivatives of the "Three Confuciuses" in Qufu by introducing the theory of design semiotics,to standardize the design process and method of cultural derivatives of the "Three Confuciuses" in Qufu,to guide the output of design symbols,and to provide new ideas for the design of cultural derivatives of the "Three Confuciuses" in Qufu.The design of the cultural derivatives of Qufu "Three Confucius" is a new idea to solve the problem of weak design of the cultural derivatives of Qufu "Three Confucius".
