Research On Urban Green Space Planning Strategy Based On The Concept Of Equity

Urban green space is not only an important factor affecting the urban ecological environment,but also an important medium to promote the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.With the rapid development of the city,the green space in highdensity urban areas is continuously compressed,and the park green space resources are gradually concentrated in specific areas with the development of the city,resulting in the difference in the matching pattern relationship between green space resource services and user groups.Based on the theory of urban spatial system,through the methods of spatial analysis and statistical analysis,this paper constructs the research system of park green space fairness from the two dimensions of regional equality and social equity.By comparing the two indicators of the uniformity of park green space layout and the matching degree of supply and demand,this paper analyzes the factors leading to the unfair allocation of park green space,and finally puts forward the fairness regulation strategy of park green space,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for the follow-up planning,regulation and renewal of park green space.Firstly,it combs and summarizes the relevant theories and methods of park green space fairness research at home and abroad.Define the related concepts such as urban built-up area,park green space type and equity research category,and interpret and analyze the urban space system theory,new public service theory,fairness and justice theory and spatial equilibrium theory,so as to provide a solid theoretical basis for the equity research of park green space.Secondly,aiming at the unfair phenomenon of urban park green space,combined with relevant theoretical research,this paper puts forward the influencing factors of park green space fairness,clarifies the specific process of park green space fairness research,improves the system framework of fairness research,and provides methodological guidance for the research of urban regional park green space fairness.Thirdly,field research and relevant spatial data collection and analysis are carried out for the research sample.The network analysis method is used to calculate the accessibility range under various green space service radius,and further carry out the calculation of regional equality index.Using Lorentz curve,Gini coefficient,location entropy and other economic category calculation methods,the calculation of social equity indicators is carried out.The mutually verifiable data analysis results are obtained,which ensures the scientificity of the fairness research system from two aspects: the layout uniformity of park green space and the matching degree of supply and demand.Finally,according to the analysis results,this paper puts forward the equity regulation strategy of park green space under the background of urban stock renewal,and takes badaxia street in Shinan District as an example to verify and compare the relevant indicators before and after the regulation of park green space.Through the application and implementation of the real sample land regulation strategy,further improve and supplement the equity strategy system of urban park green space.
