Study On Landscape Suitability Optimization Strategy Of Public Green Space Landscape In Old Residential Areas From The Perspective Of Life Circle

Residential green space system is an important factor affecting the outdoor environment of urban living and an important medium promoting the coordinated development of human and ecology.With the acceleration of urbanization,development goals such as creating a park city,renewing old residential areas and building a convenient life circle are being gradually planned and implemented,making the development of public green space landscape at the residential level become the focus of attention.In this paper,the public green space landscape in residential areas is taken as the object,based on the life circle,needs hierarchy and other theories,and through the research method combining subjective and objective,the evaluation system and evaluation model of public green space landscape suitability under the life circle of old residential areas are constructed,and the criteria of landscape evaluation are demarcated.The correlation between public green space landscape elements and residents’ activity characteristics is explored with the help of structural equation model.This paper puts forward the optimization and enhancement strategy of public green space landscape suitability under the living circle of the old residential district.,and provides innovative ideas and practical reference for the planning and renewal of urban residential greenbelt system.First of all,related theories and research methods of residential green space system planning,residential green space landscape evaluation and residential life circle construction at home and abroad are sorted out layer by layer.Related concepts such as old residential community type,public green space type,life circle delineation are defined.This paper interprets and analyzes the life circle theory,needs hierarchy theory,neighborhood unit theory and new urbanism theory,etc.,providing a solid theoretical basis for the evaluation of the public green space landscape suitability under the living circle of the old residential district.Secondly,taking Shinan District of Qingdao as an example,the network analysis method was used to construct the living circle coverage of 624 old residential patches in Shinan District.A total of 72 public green spaces in the old residential patches involved in this study were identified,including community parks,small parks,grouped green spaces,and other belt or block green spaces,and field research was carried out on the research sites.It provides reference for the selection of public green space landscape suitability evaluation index within the life circle of old residential community.Thirdly,in view of the existing shortage of public green space in old residential communities,combined with relevant theories,factor analysis method and principal component analysis method were used to construct the public green space landscape suitability evaluation system and evaluation model,including space environment landscape,plant aesthetic landscape,facility function landscape 3 first-level elements and16 second-level elements.By using structural equation model,the influence of public green space landscape elements on residents’ activity frequency and activity duration in public green space was explored.The correlation between public green space landscape and residents’ activities in old residential communities is analyzed quantitatively.Finally,Finally,based on the data analysis results,the optimization strategy of public green space landscape suitability that conforms to the coexistence of ecology and human needs is proposed.At the same time,taking Hong Kong Middle Road Street in Shinan District as an example,landscape transformation of the public green space under the life circle of the old street community was completed by using the above optimization strategy,and the comparison of landscape suitability evaluation system before and after transformation was completed according to the above evaluation system.At the same time,through the above empirical application,further verified the feasibility and practicability of landscape optimization strategy.In conclusion,this study provides reference for the future optimization of urban residential green space landscape,and guides the promotion of urban renewal and the construction and development of park cities.
