Research On Spatial Layout Of Park Green Space In The Main City Of Tai’an Based On Equity Evaluation

Park green space is an important part of the urban green space system,which is a significant green infrastructure,and it’s also a place to provide residents with recreation and daily recreational activities.With the development and progress of the society,the limited park green space resources are distributed in specific areas along with the phenomenon of social spatial differentiation,which makes the ability of residents in different areas to enjoy the park green space resources quite different,and the spatial layout of the park green space is obviously unfair for the residents.In order to make the use of park green space fairer for residents,from the perspective of the park green space and residents,this paper takes the park green space in Tai ’an city as the research object,with the help of GIS spatial analysis technology,and based on the acquisition of multi-source data such as geographical data,road data and population data.It constructs an evaluation system of park green space layout based on three levels of fairness: regional fairness —— supply and demand fairness —— social fairness,and this system puts forward targeted spatial layout optimization strategies according to the evaluation.Kernel density analysis and network analysis are used to evaluate regional equity.Spatial autocorrelation method and improved two-step mobile search method are used to evaluate supply and demand equity.Lorenz curve,Gini coefficient,share index and location entropy are used to evaluate social equity.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In the evaluation level of regional equity.The core density of park green space decreases from the center of Tai’an city to the periphery,showing the characteristics of point aggregation and overall dispersion: the number of comprehensive parks is small but the distribution is balanced,and most of them are located in the second circle of the main city;Community parks are few in number and gather in double clusters;There are a large number of special parks and most of them are distributed in the first circle of the main city;The number of parks is the largest and most of them are scattered,which are distributed in all circles.Under the walking mode,the accessibility of park green space is average,but Daimiao Street and Caiyuan Street are good,with excellent and good coverage rates above 30%,while Xujialou Street and Tianping Street are poor,with excellent and good coverage rates only around 10%.(2)In the evaluation level of supply and demand equity.There is spatial autocorrelation between the park green space and its community,and it presents the state of H-H agglomeration in local space,such as Daidong Community,Zhoudian Community and Yanxi Community.The overall level of supply and demand matching of park green space is low,but the balance of supply and demand is gradually improving;The matching degree of supply and demand between comprehensive parks and gardens is high,especially in the north and west of the main city,and the matching degree between community parks and special parks is low.(3)In the evaluation level of social equity.The Gini coefficient of park green space enjoyed by residents in the main city of Tai ’an is 0.58,and the total amount of park green space enjoyed by the top 20% of the population is less than 10%,so there is a big gap in overall distribution.The share index of this vulnerable group is 0.939,and the level of street park green space resources enjoyed by the elderly group is low,and the location entropy of the elderly group is low,especially in Tianping Street and Xujialou Street,and the amount of park green space enjoyed by the elderly group is extremely low.Based on the evaluation system,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies for the spatial layout of park green space in the main city of Tai ’an: reasonably arrange the distribution of park green space,conditionally add different types of park green space,and plan the layout scheme of new park green space in the future.Plan the existing road network in combination with residents’ travel modes,and strengthen the connectivity between roads and parks.Combining with the population density and per capita park index,the layout of park green space is matched with the population;Use the natural resources of the river to combine the blue and green spaces,so that residents can enjoy more comfortable park green resources.Upgrade and transform the existing parks;Provide more equitable park green space for vulnerable groups.Based on the above optimization strategies,it provides reference for the optimization and research of park green space layout in the main city of Tai ’an and other cities and regions.
