| The rapid economic development has improved the convenience of people’s travel.Taking electric vehicles as an example,the purchase rate and usage rate of electric vehicles are increasing year by year,but this is accompanied by the retirement of a large number of lead-acid batteries every year.Harmful substances such as lead and sulfuric acid in lead-acid batteries are not Reasonable disposal methods have caused environmental pollution,and some of the raw materials that can be used for remanufacturing have not been reused,resulting in environmental pollution and resource waste.Therefore,realizing the optimal decision of the closed-loop supply chain and promoting the efficient and stable operation of the supply chain has important practical significance for the sustainable development and resource recycling of related enterprises and industries.Take a lead-acid battery manufacturer E and retailer F as an example.During the epidemic,the demand for lead-acid batteries decreased,and the profits of E and F companies decreased.Enterprise F invests more in recycling costs to increase the recycling of used lead-acid batteries that meet the remanufacturing requirements,but falsely reports the recycling cost when trading with enterprise E for recycled products,and obtains part of the difference in profit.Enterprise E cannot know the authenticity of the cost,the cost of recycling and remanufacturing increases,and the recycling and remanufacturing of the reverse supply chain is hindered.Therefore,it is necessary to study the optimal pricing decisions of the two companies,identify the influencing factors of false recovery costs and reasonably control the real costs,and work together to improve the quality of recycled products,so as to maximize the benefits for E and F,and also provide a reference for industry-related companies to make decisions.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows.(1)Analyze the reasons that hinder optimal decision-making.By analyzing the influence of consumer preference,recycled product quality and recycling cost factors on decision-making,the reasons why it is difficult to achieve optimal decision-making are obtained.(2)Model construction,solution and parameter analysis.Based on the difficulty of enterprise decision-making and the principle of master-slave game,the pricing decision model under cost sharing and non-sharing of retailers is constructed,and the optimal pricing decision is obtained,and the influencing factors of false cost and the influence of uncertain factors on the optimal decision are obtained.(3)Through quantitative,qualitative and numerical analysis,the difference between the optimal pricing decision in the two scenarios,as well as the difference between the optimal profit and the actual profit of the company under the condition that the cost of recovery is not shared,is used to analyze the improvement of the profit of the company by the optimal decision,So as to put forward adjustment plans and some management suggestions for business decision-makin.The research results show that(1)when enterprise F does not share the cost,enterprises E and F should increase the selling price of the two products,reduce the price of product recycling,and increase the recycling volume of high-quality waste products.Profits increased by 12.9%,and the overall profits of the supply chain increased by 20%.(2)There are thresholds for consumers ’ preference for remanufactured products and the quality of recycled products,which should be appropriately increased within a reasonable range.There is a demarcation point in preference,which makes the demand for new products and remanufactured products different.(3)Reasonably adjusting the recovery base price,appropriately increasing the recovery cost of Enterprise F and the remanufacturing capacity of Enterprise E can improve the quality of recovered products.(4)When the quality of the recycled products is qualified,the higher the quality of the recycled products,the remanufacturing capability of E company and the true cost of F company,the greater the false cost of F.(5)Without external intervention,the higher the recovery cost of enterprise F,the more unfavorable it is to enterprises E and F as well as the closed-loop supply chain as a whole. |
