The emergence of LED devices has opened up the hμman lighting revolution and made wireless optical communication possible.Compared with traditional wireless radio frequency communication technologies that lack spectrμm resources,wireless optical communication has become one of the potential key technologies for future 6G communication due to its rich spectrμm resources without authorization,high security,greenness and no electromagnetic radiation.Taking advantage of the excellent characteristics of group III nitride semiconductor materials,this paper has developed an ultra-thin GaN-based homogenous integrated chip with high photoelectric conversion efficiency,long detection distance and strong induction sensitivity;the next-generation smart lighting application for passive energy saving and green environmental protection Scenario,based on the physical phenomenon of coexistence of quantμm well diode chip light emission detection,with GaN-based homogeneous integrated array chip as the core device,this paper designs a smart lighting system that is not affected by external electromagnetic waves and can adjust the brightness adaptively.For the research of core devices,this paper firstly introduces the theoretical basic knowledge of chips related to the research work.Then,using MOCVD growth technology,select sapphire substrate,and vapor-deposit distributed Bragg mirrors to prepare GaN-based 5×5 blue light array chip.Then,light microscope,electron microscope and atomic force microscope were used to characterize the structure and morphology of the chip,and the semiconductor parameter meter was used to test the emission spectrum,detection spectrum and volt-ampere characteristics of the chip,and the digital oscilloscope was used to analyze the communication capability of the chip.The emission spectrum and detection spectrum have an overlap of 43 nm,and the turn-on voltage is about 2.16 V,which has good photoelectric conversion and illumination detection capabilities.Finally,the feasibility conclusion of using the blue light array chip to design a smart lighting system is drawn.Aiming at the research of the whole system,this paper carries out the joint design of software and hardware.For the hardware circuit part,we first design the LED emission drive circuit to realize the digital-to-analog conversion function;secondly,the ADC receiving circuit is designed to realize the signal sampling function;finally,the transmitting and receiving circuits are built through the MCU module to complete the circuit to realize the simultaneous emission and reception of the LED chip.Features.For the software code part,we first design the code of the MCU module,from the input and output feedback and OLED peripheral reservation,respectively;then design the code of the user control interface module,the GUI interface written in java language,m Al Nly through the serial port Communicate with the microcontroller to realize user control function.Therefore,the smart lighting system based on quantμm well diode chip design in this paper successfully realizes non-contact short-range light control in special application scenarios.
