| The rapid urbanization process after the reform and opening up promoted the birth of a large number of village communities in The city of Shenzhen,but the completely top-down block landscape planning mode in the urbanization reform movement made the community shops,the most important carrier of community economy,appear a serious problem of homogeneity.In order to stimulate the behavioral vitality of shop consumers and coordinate the two-way development of community economic commercial value and social welfare value,this paper takes the appearance design of small restaurants as the specific research object and takes Shui Wai Village in Shenzhen city as an example to explore shop appearance solutions that can promote the community economy.In this paper,a review of the current literature shows that most studies have neglected the social aspects of community economic.After studying the design essentials of existing shops,the concept of community economy and appearance evaluation methods through literature analysis,the author believes that semantic difference method(SD model)of Kansei Engineering can organically combine shop appearance design and community economy,and promote the development of community economy from bottom to top.The characteristics of product development theory and subjectivity of Kansei Engineering can be used to evaluate existing designs based on users’ feelings and further guide design innovation.The flexibility and conciseness of SD vocabulary can change the perspective from design to the relationship between facade design and community economy.In this paper,SD questionnaire was used to quantify users’ emotional evaluation of the existing shop appearance design,and the relationship among users’ emotion,behavioral intention and design was comprehensively analyzed.Through SD method,this paper transforms the value of community economy into the relationship analysis among the user’s emotion,behavioral intention and design.The Kansei Engineering questionnaire was made after taking pictures of the shop appearance on the spot,and120 valid data were finally recovered.Quantitative methods such as mean and variance statistics,linear regression,and factor analysis are used to evaluate and compare the community economic value of existing shop exteriors.Inductive analysis and interview analysis are further used to study the relationship between detail elements and community economy.Based on the results of the above analysis,the design concept is refined,and through design practices such as conceptual conception,sketching,modeling and rendering,the author makes questionnaires for Kansei Engineering again to collect data and verify the promoting effect of the design concept on community economy.The results of the study first confirmed the shortcomings of the current top-down planning mode of shops,and the coordination without starting from the grassroots is likely to cause poor residents’ experience.The subsequent analysis shows that designers should abandon their own subjective aesthetics,pay attention to the symbolic value under the post-modern design concept from the user-centered design perspective.Finally,in the organization of detail elements of shop appearance design,the author extracted the "daily" design concept,and the subsequent design evaluation results show that this concept is basically correct.This design organization form not only retains aesthetic value,but also can promote the behavioral vitality of shops and the community economy.With the guidance of this concept,we started the detailed design with the intention of traditional Chinese architecture,and provided a reference planning strategy for the community shop landscape in Shui Wai Village.The final result of the design is a visual interpretation of the design concept,and it has the coexistence of modernity and culture,finding a balance between the contradictions of grassroots and upper level,secularity and quality,diversity and unity. |
