Kansei engineering as a technology which combined with sensibility and engineering,main analyzing the sensibility of the user to design the product,according to the user's preferences(image requirements)to produce the product,it is belongs to a new branch of engineering.This technology was came up by Dr Mituo Nagamachi in 1970 at the Hiroshima university.This technology has been widely used in automobiles and consumer electronics design such as research and development production,and this technology produce remarkable economic benefits.However,as a national backbone industry of aerospace engineering field in the process of product design research and development,the technology has not been a good application.With the rapid development of China's space industry and the continuous expansion of market,how to make our products can be quickly accurately capture the user's preference demand and better adapt to the needs of the current market environment was an important things.Therefore,in this paper,we based upon the Kansei engineering representative for aerospace engineering products,the precision instruments cases of the physical form a quantitative connection perceptual image design and user needs,we build corresponding relationship between the library and the relationship between library was applied to packaging design research and development,enhance the market adaptability and competitiveness of the product.First of all,we analysis of the physical form and the related design personnel for packaging research,so we could combining with clustering analysis and kanban image method for the optimal physical form sample library.Secondly,we through the questionnaire survey results of user and designer of multiple iterations,select the optimal emotional vocabulary,semantic difference scale score statistics.Again,according to the theory of quantification class I mathematics model for quantitative analysis of the result of the grading,construct the appearance of the precision instrument boxes physical form design and the corresponding relation between the library user perceptual image demand.Finally,we connecting relationship library guide the design of the precision instrument boxes,in order to verify the reliability of the research conclusion corresponding relationship (library).
