As information warfare plays an increasingly important role in modern warfare,the rational use of sensor information to grasp the location of enemy aircraft and accurately track them is particularly important in the fight for air power.Data fusion technology is gradually applied in the field of tracking because it can improve the reliability of information evaluation.In this paper,we design a space target track tracking system with infrared and radar data fusion,implement data pre-processing and tracking filter design for heterogeneous sensor systems.At the same time,propose improvement strategies for the complex motion model of the target and the computational explosion of the JPDA algorithm in the high clutter environment,and finally design the upper computer software to realize the complete tracking function,and finally design the upper computer software to realize the complete tracking function.The work in this paper is as follows.Analyze the working principle and characteristics of infrared sensors and radar,design an infrared and radar data fusion tracking system,and study heterogeneous source sensor data conversion and alignment methods to convert real-time acquired target data into a unified data format and spatio-temporal context.Analyze the multi-source sensor data fusion model,and design the overall solution of centralized fusion model for single-target tracking and distributed fusion model for multi-target tracking by comparing the characteristics of different models and the target tracking task requirements.Under the framework of centralized fusion model,an adaptive weighted fusion algorithm is used to fuse infrared and radar data.Build space target motion models and infrared and radar measurement models for target tracking,design Kalman filter and unscented Kalman filter for tracking comparison under typical motion model.At the same time,construct a complex motion model according to the problem of high mobility of the target in the actual environment,use the IMM algorithm to improve the tracking scheme design,and complete the single target tracking scheme design under the complex motion model.When multi-target tracking is performed,the JPDA algorithm has a computational explosion problem in a high clutter environment,resulting in the system’s real-time performance not meeting the tracking requirements,and design CFSFDP-JPDA algorithm to improve this problem.Using the CFSFDP algorithm to cluster and filter the effective measurements in the tracking gate,obtain some effective values that can represent the overall distribution characteristics of the observed data,and then decompose the feasible matrix.In this way,the calculation amount of the original algorithm can be greatly reduced.Experiments show that the improved algorithm has the same tracking accuracy as the original algorithm and greatly shortens the calculation time.The distributed fusion structure is used to associate and fuse the local tracks of the infrared and radar to obtain the global tracking track of the space target.Finally,the upper computer tracking software is developed to acquire infrared and radar data in real time for target trajectory tracking.Verify the data acquisition function,carry out infrared and radar data reception and track tracking algorithm verification,and finally use the 2D map and 3D map to display the target track in real time for users to observe.
