| Since the reform and opening up,China’s automobile industry has developed rapidly,and its production and sales have constantly achieved new breakthroughs.With the continuous growth of car ownership,energy shortage,environmental pollution,climate warming and other problems can not be ignored.Therefore,in the great wave of global automobile industry development,based on the actual,China has made clear the goal and direction in this industry.With the continuous development of the new energy vehicle industry in recent years,China’s consumption of new energy vehicles has ranked first in the world in 2015,the promotion and application of new energy vehicles is progressing steadily and has achieved phased results.However,the sales volume of the national new energy vehicle market accounted for less than 5% in 2019.Therefore,it is very important and necessary to explore the influencing factors and optimization strategies for the promotion of new energy vehicles.Taking this problem as the starting point,this thesis conducts research on the actual situation of X City.Based on this background,the thesis expounds the research status and progress of the development of the new energy automobile industry at home and abroad,and clarifies the main ideas of the research.In the part of theoretical analysis,the sustainable development,new technology promotion,PEST model analysis,government regulation,finance and tax effect and other basic theories are introduced in detail.Based on the current situation of new energy vehicle promotion in X City in recent years,analyze the main problems in the promotion,and make an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of new energy vehicle promotion in X city from the four dimensions of politics,economy,society and technology.In the part of empirical analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis is conducted on the factors influencing the promotion of new energy vehicles from three dimensions of policy,demand and industry,and the index system of influencing factors for the promotion of new energy vehicles in X City is constructed.The weight of the index was determined by the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy method,and the grey relation analysis model of influencing factors of the promotion of new energy vehicles in X City was established,and the importance and results of the relevant influencing factors were analyzed.Based on the experimental results concluded that the construction of new energy vehicles monitoring platform,charging infrastructure construction,local fiscal subsidy policy has great influence on X city new energy cars,government policy and X city new energy vehicles promotion is closely linked,new energy vehicles use phase of the supporting policies began to play a bigger role.Finally,based on the empirical results,from the perspective of local governments,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen policy implementation,strengthen safety supervision,improve infrastructure,help industrial upgrading,and promote the promotion of new energy vehicles fundamentally. |
