In recent years,under the railway reform,the railway freight has shown a recovery growth trend,but the per capita output rate of the railway system is still low.At the same time,the current railway dispatching rules and regulations stipulate that each freight station needs to have corresponding dispatching personnel and dispatching system,so marshalling stations cannot carry out unified compilation of station operations for surrounding stations,resulting in the waste of inter-regional dispatching locomotive resources."Large station managing small station",namely "integration of station and area",is a new mode of railway transportation dispatching.Based on the information dispatching system,the railway marshalling yard and the surrounding freight station are controlled in one.Through the information system,all stations and all types of work are arranged by the centralized dispatching center of the station area,so as to better improve the operation coordination of all stations,better coordinate the efficient utilization of regional resources,and reduce the inefficient operation of unnecessary personnel and equipment.Taking shunting locomotive as the main research object and "integration of station and area" as the main background,this thesis mainly completes the following tasks:(1)Analyze the positioning of railway stations in hub areas of China,the characteristics of shunting operations,and the current traffic flow organization and existing problems of hubs.Based on this problem,the concept of station area integration is put forward,and the function and significance of station area integration are analyzed.The structure of integrated technical support system is designed.(2)Analyze the key factors of shunting locomotive under the condition of integration of station and area.According to the characteristics of integrated operation of shunting locomotive in station and area,and by analogy with VRPTW problem,an optimization model of integrated shunting locomotive in station and area is builded.The diskstra algorithm is introduced to calculate the shortest circuit,considering full axle,time,connection and other factors,so that the model conforms to the operation characteristics of shunting locomotive at the hub.(3)According to the characteristics of the model,a heuristic algorithm is adopted to solve the model.After comparing the characteristics of common heuristic algorithms,this paper uses the brainstorm optimization algorithm to solve the model.Based on the characteristics of the model,the algorithm is improved and the key parameters of the algorithm are given.The paper designs the total flow of algorithm.Finally,an example is given to verify it.(4)In order to check the validity of the model and algorithm,the model and algorithm are verified by a practical case.Taking a railway network of a railway bureau as an example,a simplified railway network consisting of one central station and 22 railway stations as peripheral stations is constructed according to the proposed integrated control mode of station and area shunting locomotives.Furthermore,the railway network considering the prohibition of turning is further constructed and the shortest circuit of two stations is solved by the improved label correction method.The improved brainstorming optimization algorithm is adopted to optimize the number,route and operation content of locomotive operation.The analysis results show that the optimal organization of integrated station and area shunting locomotive can effectively save locomotive cost and accelerate the collection and dispersion of hub traffic flow.
