With the continuous improvement of the operating speed of EMUs,higher requirements have been placed on the lightweight of the bogie and the lower wheel-rail force.Compared with the traditional axle box external bogie,the lightweight axle box built-in bogie(hereinafter referred to as "lightweight bogie")has the advantages of small unsprung mass,strong curve passing ability,low wheel-rail force,and low wheel-rail wear.,low noise and other advantages,has been widely used in foreign light rail,subway and EMU.However,it is only used in a small number of subways and low-floor vehicles in China,and there is no report on the application of EMUs.On the basis of fully investigating the research status of lightweight bogies at home and abroad,this paper studies the load characteristics of the lightweight bogie and the axle box external bogie frame through dynamics,finite element simulation calculation and line test data analysis.strength analysis.The research contents mainly include:(1)Using SIMPACK software,the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model of the vehicle including the lightweight bogie and the axle box-external bogie was established respectively.The load characteristics under the condition of curve radius,the results show that: when the EMU runs at 400km/h,the equivalent load of the lightweight bogie’s roll load is higher than that of the axle box external bogie,and the equivalent loads of other load types are smaller than the axle load.Box-external bogies;in the time domain and frequency domain,the load characteristics of the two types of bogies are similar.(2)Based on the similarity of the two types of bogies,the measured data of the line load of the existing high-speed axle box external bogies are deeply analyzed.The loads of different load systems are analyzed in time-frequency domain,and the load spectrum of each load system under different speed levels is established.The measured load is compared with the current frame strength design standard.The results show that the load value calculated according to the current standard is higher than the measured load of the line,and the current standard load can be used to evaluate the strength of the EMU bogie.(3)The finite element model of the lightweight bogie frame was established,and the abnormal and operating load conditions were calculated according to the current standards,and the static strength and fatigue strength analysis of the lightweight bogie frame was completed.According to the load characteristics of the two types of bogies obtained from the dynamic simulation and the measured load of the axle box external bogie,the damage prediction analysis of the lightweight bogie frame was carried out.space.126 figures,31 tables,92 references.
