Along with our country economy high speed development, the transportation is becoming more and more developed, light the auto parts research and development work of environmental protection is more and more attention. Based on 16 tons of single-point suspension balance shaft and the optimization design of mount bracket as an example, on the premise of guarantee the load index, to make quality to reduce as far as possible, on the premise of power is constant, can carry more goods, has very important practical significance on the economic front. For enterprises, due to the restriction of capital and technology, new materials and advanced manufacturing technology cannot be applied to the production,therefore, to achieve lightweight goals, to improve the structure is the most widespread method.This paper takes 16 tons of single-point suspension balance shafts, installing bracket as the research object, considering the working condition of suspension is required to adapt to more cases, based on SolidWorks2013 software modeling and finite element numerical simulation analysis method, in the case of meet the requirements of its strength, and installation of the size of balance shaft bracket before and after the left and right side panel size for the corresponding optimization, analysis on static load rating and the rated load brakes, turn, turn to a screeching halt four kinds of working conditions, should try to mount bracket, balance shaft displacement diagram and the strain diagram, it is concluded that the maximum stress under different working conditions and location, make its lightweight goals are met.In in line with the goal of cost saving and also optimized design to balance shaft nut.Balance shaft nut and convex ring of the modification of convex sets of assembly relationship,get rid of convex sets. Specifications of small steel pipe is adopted to improve the processing,saving processing materials, at the same time reduces the processing capacity, improve processing efficiency.
