In recent years,in order to advocate public transportation, trams have been revived. However, there are many problems in planning and construction, such as lack of overall consideration and single passenger flow, even some lines will be demolished after several years of construction. Most of the tram networks are built as backbone transportation in the new city.Yizhuang is one of the few new towns in China with a planned tram network. Therefore,in order to scientifically and objectively understand the role of the tram network in Yizhuang New City,it is necessary to quantitatively analyze its impact on public transportation, and to study the relationship between the public transportation composite network and urban land use.First, this paper summarizes the related research at home and abroad. There is a lack of analysis on the accessibility of the tram network in China, and most of the research is carried out on the tram line itself, without considering the impact of the tram line and network on the entire transportation network and surrounding land. The paper analyzes trams and other public transport networks to complement existing research.Second, using OSM and POI to classify the function areas of Yizhuang New Town.New City is divided into 421 units through the road network, combined with relevant norms, based on POI to increase the area and awareness indicators, and reasonably assign weights to get the standardized value of POI.Calculate the proportion of various POI values in units, and divide the function areas into 7 types: residential area, education & culture area, square area, commercial service area, company industrial area, public management and public service area, and comprehensive area. Then, analyzing the characteristics of the tram-bus composite network in Yizhuang New Town as a whole and its parts(the core area). The improved space syntax s DNA model and space barrier model are used to analyze the station topological accessibility and time accessibility of bus, tram and composite networks, and the entropy weight method is used to obtain the comprehensive accessibility. The topological accessibility, time accessibility, and comprehensive accessibility after the addition of trams increased by 4.31%,13.30% and 9.05%,and the core area increased by 8.78%,18.44% and14.03%.The results show that the public transportation accessibility of New City has been significantly improved after the construction of the tram network. Finally, the POI value is used to measure the vitality of the flow of people and vehicles in function areas,to explore the matching between the accessibility of public transportation and the flow of people in function areas, and to introduce indicators of matching degree and development degree to analyze the relationship. The study found that the average matching degree and development degree of comprehensive accessibility and function area were 0.62 and 0.47 after joining the tram network, which was in the stage of primary matching and lagging development. The match decreased, and development increased. The accessibility of public transportation in Yizhuang New Town is highly matched with the vitality of people and vehicles, but the degree of development is relatively low.Taking Yizhuang New City as the research object, the paper constructs a function area classification model, considers topology and time factors to create a tram-bus composite network accessibility model, and analyzes the matching of public transportation composite network and function areas,in order to provide a reference for the public transportation and land use planning of Yizhuang New Town.76 figures,27 tables, and 91 references.
