Under macro-control,China’s industrial structure has been upgraded and transformed,the optimization of industrial structure has been significantly accelerated,economic development has entered the new normal,and the growth rate of energy consumption has slowed down.However,we must clearly realize that China’s energy demand is growing rigidly.In 2020,especially in face of the strong impact of COVID-19 on railway transportation economy,the study of railway energy saving is particularly meaningful.This paper systematically combs the energy-saving management of Taiyuan Bureau,studies the concept of energy,work overview,energy-saving measures and energy-saving measures of heavy haul railway,analyzes the current situation,existing problems and improvement measures of energy-saving management of heavy haul railway of Taiyuan Bureau,discusses the direction and specific suggestions that energy-saving management should focus on,and spreads the new concept of energy conservation and consumption reduction in the overall situation,Through macro-control and key rectification measures,this paper makes an in-depth analysis from the three aspects of structural energy conservation,management energy conservation and technical energy conservation,puts forward operable measures and suggestions for the energy conservation of heavy haul railway in Taiyuan Bureau,and the energy conservation management gradually develops to lean management.By means of temporary study,data access,on-site investigation,discussion and exchange,the author tries to start with the analysis of operation cost,adopt lean management and other theoretical knowledge,use the key factor analysis method in DMAIC to find the elements with the largest energy consumption,and sort out the problems existing in structure,management and technology through the analysis of specific workshop and equipment,Then,using lean management,SDCA cycle,cost control and other methods,this paper puts forward three suggestions and measures for energy-saving management of Daqin heavy haul line,including structural energy-saving,management energy-saving and technical energy-saving,so as to promote the development of energy-saving management to lean management,further reduce operating costs and improve economic benefits.Due to the lack of research literature on energy conservation of heavy haul lines,many problems have not been disassembled in depth.Only macro research and corresponding suggestions are made from the three aspects of structural energy conservation,management energy conservation and technical energy conservation,hoping to play a little guiding role in railway energy conservation.The last part is the conclusion and prospect,which further highlights the importance of energy-saving management and puts forward reference opinions for further lean management.The research conclusions mainly include 1 Energy saving management can be used to reduce transportation energy consumption,which is an effective way to break the growth situation of transportation volume and cost,optimize transportation structure and reduce operation cost.2.To control the total amount of energy and implement the structural adjustment of energy consumption,structural energy conservation can be realized by optimizing transportation organization,central heating transformation and other structural adjustments.3.DMAIC is used to screen the key factors affecting energy consumption.By analyzing the energy consumption structure of Daqin heavy haul line,it is concluded that energy saving needs to save electricity,including locomotive power consumption and station section power consumption,followed by station section water consumption.Therefore,power saving and water saving are the focus of this paper.4.Adopt SDCA cycle method and pass the standardization stage-standardization and institutionalization;Implementation stage-strengthen daily management of energy conservation;Inspection stage-strengthen the statistical management level of energy conservation;Summary stage-strengthen equipment energy conservation management and card control of main energy consumption;Achieve results-reach a consensus,Renren energy conservation,further sort out the new concept of energy-saving lean management,and realize management energy conservation.5.Pay close attention to the promotion of energy-saving technology,and make efforts from the establishment of energy detection and management system,locomotive energy-saving technology innovation,development of new energy,application of information technology means,etc.,so as to realize technical energy conservation and reduce operation cost.Outlook:1 Continuously enhance the international competitive strength in the field of heavy haul transportation,so as to further expand the international market and influence.2.Through the implementation of energy-saving measures,improve the energy-saving management level and execution,promote lean energy management and control in each station and section,and realize the sustainable development of the enterprise.3.Strengthen the system management and statistical management of relevant energy-saving management,and play a positive role in guiding the concept of energy-saving management.4.Make comprehensive efforts in three aspects: structural energy conservation,management energy conservation and technical energy conservation,constantly encourage the enthusiasm of employees for energy conservation,continuously reduce railway operation costs and improve economic benefits.
