Since the reform and opening policy,the large shopping malls as the important indicator of economic boom were spring up like mushrooms with the rapid development of the national economy and the expansion of the size of the cities.However,most of these large public buildings are high energy consuming buildings;the data display that the total area of large-scale public buildings is only 1%of the total building in China, but the proportion of its energy consumption is 4%of the country's total energy consumption.The energy consumption ratio is much higher than other type of buildings. This doesn't match the national normal requirement of "energy-saving emission reduction" and "building a conservation-minded society".Thereby,analyze the energy consumption status quo of large-scale shopping malls and make modification based on the analysis is quite necessary.At present the commonly way of building energy consumption survey is collect and analyze its annual total energy consumption.This method doesn't statistic the building energy consumption clausal;therefore,it can't reflect the status of different kinds of energy consumption which makes the energy saving for large-scale public buildings becomes lack of basis.To solve this problem,this article selected Xi'an as a typical location for the research project to study the establishment of the methods of energy audits of shopping malls in Xi'an,focusing on the characteristics of the shopping mall building consumption based on the analysis of the research data of shopping malls.This provides guidance and suggestions for the future energy audit of the secondary energy.At the same time,I hope it can not only provide data support and theoretical basis for the building energy audit of the large-scale shopping malls in Xi'an,but also provide experience for the building energy audit of large shopping malls in other cold areas.First of all,the methods of building energy audit used in the research process of this article were introduced.During the process of the introduction,it elaborates on the significance,the steps and the content of the energy audit,and the determined basis for audit and audit target.It plays a guiding role at the stage of energy research in the article.Secondly,aimed at the shopping centers in Xi'an,data research was done based on the building energy consumption survey method.Through the research on the energy consumption systems of the buildings and the energy analysis of the data and research, the suitable building energy audits and energy flow of the project statistics of shopping mall in Xi'an were filtrated.Two typical shopping malls were analyzed specific.Finally,based on the simulation and analysis of the energy consumption referred in the previous sections,the potentials of the energy-saving in large-scale shopping malls in Xi'an were discussed.A specific analysis and discussion mainly on four aspects were also processed:transforming of building envelope,optimizing the air-conditioning systems,improving power system and improving the energy management system.
