Under the background of increasingly fierce competition in the transportation market environment,improving the quality of transportation services is an inevitable development trend of the railway industry.In terms of cargo transportation,due to the fact that the railway currently has less consideration of the cargo owner's requirements for different cargo types and the train's arrival time at the destination,railway transportation cannot match the actual production of large enterprise customers,leading to the result that in railways the proportion of shares is gradually declining under the conditions of today's open transportation market.So railways are facing new challenges to improve service quality.At present,there are different types of customer enterprises in railway transportation.The train arrival strategy does not reflect the differences.The arrival ratio of different types of raw materials for the same customer company is not proper.The traffic flow of each category of goods is uneven and does not match the needs of enterprises.This increases the difficulty of inventory management and increases inventory costs for customer companies,and the stagnation caused by the irregular arrival of trains in the enterprise will also affect the turnaround time of railway vehicles.Based on this,this article takes the enterprise inventory cost as the optimization goal when preparing the train operation plan,and designs the arrival time windows of different types of goods to solve the problems of cargo backlog and inventory cost that are caused by irregular train arrival.Under the premise of considering the needs of enterprises,it is of great significance to study the optimization model and algorithm of train operation plan for improving the quality of railway transportation services,and the railway's future logistics transformation.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)This essay analyzes the current problems of railways in the transportation of enterprises' goods,summarizes the current study on the development of train operation plans,and further elaborates the necessity and importance of the preparation of train operation plans considering the needs of enterprises.(2)The cargo transportation needs of large-scale production enterprises,such as steel mills,are explained,the daily production processes of the enterprises and the variety of raw material categories are introduced,and the functional relationship between the arrival time of the train and the inventory costs of the enterprise is analyzed from based on inventory theory.In addition,the analogy between the research problem and the VRPTW problem in the field of operations research lays the foundation for the subsequent establishment of a mathematical model.(3)Based on the characteristics of the space-time relationship in train operation,from the perspective of improving the quality of railway services,this paper sets up a train arrival time window,consider operating constraints such as train tracking interval,and build a company that considers the needs of the enterprise to minimize inventory costs.Train operation planning model.(4)Through analysis of the constructed mixed integer programming model,taking into account the size of the model and the characteristics of the solution,the genetic algorithm is used to design the coding method for the model decision variables,specific steps of genetic operation are given,and the programming software is used to solve the model.(5)The design and analysis of calculation examples are carried out with the background of the internal road network structure of Shenyang Railway Bureau.The basic operation plan of passenger trains and the freight demand of steel mills are input into the model,and the correctness of the model is verified using mathematical programming software.Further designing large-scale calculation examples,using a programming solution model,and analyzing the optimization of train arrival time and enterprise inventory cost based on the solution results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
