| In China,with rapid economic development and acceleration of urbanization,the contradiction between the supply and demand of urban transportation is becoming increasingly severe.The problem of transportation planning and management caused by the continuous expansion of population and the rapid growth of traffic demand places greater demands on the construction of transportation system.How to optimize the transportation network and rationally allocate limited road resources has become a major problem faced by traffic policy makers under the condition of limited investment and serious shortage of road resources.At the same time,as the assignment to construct harmonious society is proposed,transportation equity,as the important aspect of social equity is increasingly concerned.As social infrastructure and service industry,urban transportation system has distinct characteristics of public welfare,and the idea of social equity must be embodied in the field of transportation,such as the process of planning,design and construction and so on.Focus on optimization problems for multi-modal urban transportation networks considering equity,this paper contains the following contents:Firstly,this paper summarizes the research theories and methods of transportation equity.Based on transportation demands,this paper classifies the travel population according to the horizontal and vertical standards,and puts forward the transportation equity evaluation index in the multi-modal transportation network from benefit distribution equity,road resources occupancy,and social cost sharing according to the characteristics of urban transportation system.Secondly,based on the idea of bi-level optimization,a multi-modal transportation network optimization model considering transportation equity is established.The upper model considers the minimum transportation equity index,and the lower model describes the travel choice behavior of travelers in the multi-modal transportation system,and consider the driving behavior between cars and buses,which are solved by Elitist-model based genetic algorithm and method of average.An example is given to verify the model and algorithm.Thirdly,in order to take into account the efficiency and equity in road network design,a multi-modal network optimization model considering transportation equity and network efficiency is proposed.The upper model considers the minimum transportation equity index and network efficiency,and the lower model describes the flow distribution in the multi-modal transportation system,which are solved by improved NSGA-II multi-objective genetic algorithm.Through a simple example,the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified. |
