LUANDA is the capital of Angola in my country and the country’s political,economic and transportation center.At present,although in terms of urban road networks and urban buss,it cannot be compared with China’s capital Beijing and other large cities.However,in recent years,Luanda City has not only accelerated the development of economic development,but also increased the right right.Investment in urban transportation,the number of urban motor vehicles increases rapidly.During the morning and evening peaks,traffic congestion occurred in some main cross ports in urban roads,and the efficiency of public transport operation was greatly affected.In order to achieve the goal of using the professional knowledge of studying in China to study in China,to serve Angola’s future urban traffic development.The representative cross port of the capital Luanda City was selected,and the research and application of priority control of bus signals was carried out by collecting the relevant data of the cross-port..This research work mainly selected two intersections in Luanda as the research object.The main research contents are:First of all,a summary of the theoretical and research results of public transport signal selection control at this stage,and learning on the definition and connotation of the preferred control of public transportation,and the technology of bus lanes.ItSecondly,for the road traffic conditions of Luanda City,the model of the model that is preferred and controlled by the public transport signal is completed.As the capital of Angola,Luanda City has a relatively large traffic demand in the city,and the traffic of buses is also high.Therefore,in accordance with the basic traffic conditions of Luanda City,this research work,through the running self-learning control algorithm,use the total delays per capita as a optimized goal,and complete the formulation of the Q learning method.Finally,two typical cross-intersections of Luanda City are selected,which are special lanes and special bus lanes.According to the actual traffic flow,the Q learning method is used to complete the simulation verification work.The results show that the algorithm can effectively reduce the average delay of bus vehicles and people at the intersection.
