The core competitiveness of modern enterprises comes from knowledge and technology in today’s era,and the competition of knowledge and technology is the competition of talents in the final analysis.Especially in the modern emerging business mode which relies on technological innovation and idea innovation,talents are the core competitiveness of enterprises.During the period of the 14 th Five-year Plan,C company complied with the national development trend of prefabricated buildings,expanded the regional market of prefabricated projects,compared the talent structure of advanced enterprises in the industry,and increased the high-quality talent reserve in the prefabricated field.In order to cultivate a group of excellent professional talents,C company attaches great importance to employee training,and hopes to achieve the "talent to strengthen the enterprise" through the continuous improvement of training management,so as to provide continuous endogenous power support for the strategic development of the company.Combining theoretical research and practical application,this paper adopts literature research method,interview method and questionnaire investigation,based on CIPP evaluation model,and analyzes and improves the C company existing training management.Firstly,the main problems existing in the training management of C company were found through interview method.Then,the causes of these training management problems were explored through questionnaire survey and regression analysis.Finally,specific suggestions for improvement of C company’s training management were put forward based on the actual situation of C company.The improvement of training management helps C company to establish a more scientific,dynamic,collaborative and efficient talent training mechanism,cultivate a high-quality talent team with appropriate scale and scientific structure that can lead and support the long-term development of the company,so that talents can play a more important role in the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise,but also provide reference for other enterprises to solve similar problems.
