Torpedo launcher is an important part of submarine combat system.Its main function is to store and launch torpedoes and other weapons.For a long time,the traditional torpedo launch is restricted by the launching device,which has the disadvantages of low launch rate,less weapon loading and long reload cycle,which directly affects the combat performance of submarines.Therefore,a new torpedo launcher is proposed in this paper,and the overall scheme design and key device research of the new launcher are carried out.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the design requirements and design criteria of torpedo launcher,a new torpedo launcher underwater outboard launcher is proposed by using modular design method.The overall scheme of the underwater outboard launcher is designed and determined,and the working principle and structural characteristics of the underwater outboard launcher and each module are emphatically described.Considering the influence of each module structure form of underwater outboard launcher on the overall design,the key components are designed and calculated in detail.(2)Taking the key components of the underwater outboard launcher as the research object,the torpedoes carried by the mine storage device and the torpedoes carried by the extended launcher are numerically simulated,and the resistance under different speeds and angles of attack are calculated,combined with their pressure nephogram and velocity nephogram,The influence of different navigation conditions on the hydrodynamic performance of key components of underwater outboard launcher is analyzed.(3)According to the motion condition of the underwater outboard launcher,the kinematics and dynamics of the launcher are simulated by ADAMS software,and the motion change law of its parts and the contact force between the clamping claw and the torpedo are analyzed.At the same time,in order to ensure the safety and reliability of the key components of the underwater outboard launcher,the finite element simulation is carried out to verify the strength and stiffness of the key components of the underwater outboard launcher,and the results are analyzed.(4)The multi-objective optimization based on response surface method is carried out for the key components of underwater outboard launcher,the parametric models of the key components of mine storage device and extended launcher are established,the test points are selected and the response surface model is established,and the multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to optimize the key components of mine storage device and extended launcher Pareto feasible solution with minimum stress target.In this paper,the overall design scheme and key technologies of underwater outboard launcher are studied by using the method of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,so as to provide reference for the research and development of torpedo launcher.
