| The efficiency of carrier-based aircraft support operations directly affects the ability of carrier-based aircraft to continue to be dispatched,which in turn affects the comprehensive combat capability of aircraft carriers.At present,the single-plane support mode is usually adopted in the research of carrier-based aircraft support operations.In this mode,one support group supports one carrier-based aircraft,and the support personnel can only perform the corresponding support tasks of their respective professions.The flexibility of carrier-based aircraft support operations is low.The utilization rate of security personnel is not high.In order to ensure the maximum support capability of the carrier-based aircraft and the operation time of the carrier-based aircraft,it is necessary to reasonably configure and schedule the carrier-based aircraft support personnel.In this paper,the optimization algorithm of bacterial foraging is improved,and the optimization of cross-professional and multi-skill support personnel allocation is carried out.When dispatched,the carrier-based aircraft support personnel scheduling plan is formulated.This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of carrier-based aircraft support tasks and the support operation process,and classifies the difficulty of carrier-based aircraft support tasks,and proposes inter-professional execution rules for carrier-based aircraft support tasks,which will be used for subsequent research on the configuration and scheduling of carrierbased aircraft support personnel.It provides a theoretical basis for breaking the original security team and security personnel’s inter-professional security operations.Then,with the optimization goals of minimizing the total time spent on carrier-based aircraft support and maximizing the load balance of support personnel,a mathematical model of carrier-based aircraft support personnel allocation is constructed,and the improved bacterial foraging optimization algorithm is applied to the inter-professional performance under different man-machine matching modes.Solve the problem of support personnel configuration,and select the appropriate support group configuration plan and the corresponding support personnel skill planning plan for the carrier-based aircraft support operation by analyzing and optimizing the data.Then,considering that in continuous support operations,personnel fatigue has a greater impact on the operational efficiency of support personnel,based on the optimization results of the carrier-based aircraft support personnel allocation problem,the problem of carrier-based aircraft support personnel scheduling under the influence of support personnel fatigue is studied..On the basis of establishing a mathematical model of personnel fatigue,the support task time under the influence of personnel fatigue is corrected,and a two-stage solution method is designed to realize the coordinated allocation of support groups among different carrier-based aircraft groups to be supported and within a single support group.Optimize the scheduling of security personnel.Finally,the carrier-based aircraft support personnel allocation and scheduling optimization system is developed by using AnyLogic software,the carrier-based aircraft support staffing and scheduling optimization algorithm is verified,and the carrier-based aircraft support staffing and scheduling functions are realized.The research results of this paper provide a specific and feasible operation method for the optimization of support personnel allocation under different man-machine matching modes and the automatic solution of the support personnel scheduling scheme during multitype carrier-based aircraft support operations.Reasonable configuration and scheduling have practical reference significance and certain engineering value. |
