| Before the task of the carrier,the carrier-based aircraft needs to perform a series of support operations on the ship surface.The efficiency of support operation determines the sortie rate of the carrier-based aircraft,which indirectly determines the combat capability of the carrier.Therefore,a high-quality support operation scheduling plan is of great significance to the improvement of aircraft carriers’ combat capabilities.It is worth noting that high-quality support schemes cannot only consider how to ensure the support in the shortest time,because the support personnel are the key factor to determine the efficiency of support operation.The formulation of the plan needs to consider the fatigue of the support personnel.A more balanced allocation of tasks and a reduction in the transfer time of support personnel can help alleviate the fatigue of support personnel,so that the support personnel can last for a long time to maintain the efficient operating state,which is conducive to the continuous combat of the aircraft carrier.And various dynamic interference events may occur during the support process,which has an impact on the support process.This paper analyzes and studies multiple indicators during the carrier-based aircraft support operation scheduling process,the research goals and constraints are determined,and a mathematical model is established.The solution algorithm is designed based on the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm,a carrier-based aircraft support operation plan is proposed.Firstly,the scheduling problem of carrier-based aircraft support operation is analyzed.The maximum completion time of support operations,the total transfer time of support groups and the maximum load of support groups are considered as the objective functions for solving.Various constraints in the support process are analyzed,a mathematical model is established.Secondly,aiming at the shortcomings of NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm with fixed cross probability,fixed mutation probability and elite retention strategy leading to the reduction of population diversity,this paper adopts the method of adaptive cross and adaptive variation and introduces the distributed function to improve the elite retaining strategy to improve the NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm.By comparing the results of solving the standard test function before and after the algorithm improvement,the effect of the algorithm improvement is proved.Based on the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm,the carrier-based aircraft support operation solution algorithm is designed,cases are used to prove the superiority of the algorithm.Again,typical dynamic events in carrier-based aircraft are considered,dynamic events such as carrier-based aircraft joins or exit during the support process affect the implementation of the support plan.Therefore,taking the cost generated by dynamic scheduling as a new objective function,a dynamic scheduling model of four objectives is established.The process execution time of the original scheme or the support group corresponding to the process changes are counted as dynamic scheduling costs.Based on the event driving mechanism,a method of combining completely re-scheduling and local re-scheduling is adopted to design dynamic scheduling strategy.The strategy is combined with the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm to design carrier-based aircraft support operation dynamic scheduling algorithm.Finally,a carrier-based aircraft support operation scheduling prototype system is developed,modules are set up according to functional requirements,and the system interaction interface is designed,the scheduling scheme is expressed in the form of Gantu.Case simulation is used to prove the feasibility of the research content of this paper.This paper has certain reference value for the research on support personnel and dynamic scheduling in the field of carrier-based aircraft support operation. |
