With the further development of economy and the progress of science and technology,enterprise internal and external coordination of supply chain management,to break the disadvantages of traditional supply chain management and extensive curing,integration and reengineering of supply chain management of upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain process,coordination of the whole supply chain operation to improve supply chain efficiency,for enterprise on the supply chain members to create greater value.Technological innovation has catalyzed the maturation of the world’s interconnected markets and data networks,and the race between companies has increasingly shifted to one between supply chains.The key to enhance the strength of supply chain is the coordinated operation and support among supply chain enterprises,realize supply chain collaborative management,improve the flexibility of supply chain,and achieve the optimization of the overall interests of supply chain.Through the analysis of S Machinery Company status of supply chain,and put forward problems existing in the supply chain management of S machinery company and analyze its reasons,at the same time combine the theory of CPFR(collaborative planning,forecasting and replenishment)and BPR(business process reengineering)theory,design the proposal of supply chain collaborative management for S machinery company.The first is for the downstream customer collaborative management,including the implementation of customer classification management and customer customized flexible production.In the in collaborative management proposal for internal company operation proposes to establish S&OP processes and information sharing platform.And at last the collaborative management proposal for the upstream suppliers,including improved supplier evaluation principle,optimize supplier evaluation standard and build up supplier incentive mechanism.Finally,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures around the possible problems in the operation of supply chain collaborative management proposal of S Machinery Company,and summarizes the whole paper.The study of supply chain collaborative management in this paper not only provides a reasonable solution to the supply chain management problems of S Machinery Company,but also plays a certain reference role for similar domestic enterprises to solve the problems of supply chain management.
