| In the electrical complete set industry,most of the products are customized products and services,respond to customers’ delivery time requirements.QK is a medium-sized complete electrical manufacturing enterprise integrated with researching and developing,producing,sales and service.During the company’s recent years rapid expanding,although many attempts have been made to improve the supply chain management,some prominent problems still existing,for example the high inventory cost and slow response rate of supply chain,which limits the development of the enterprise to a certain extent.This thesis studies the current situation and problems of procurement and inventory management in QK company’s supply chain system,and puts forwards improvement suggestions for improving the company’s supply chain management.Based on the operation practice of QK company,this thesis makes an objective analysis about procurement and inventory management in the supply chain by using Porter’s five force analysis model.And according to the current situation,this thesis also analyzes the shortcomings and problems,the causes of the problems,studies how to improve the procurement and inventory management under the supply chain management system of QK company by using the batch order model,Karajack matrix,Pareto analysis,summarizes the specific implementation measures and corresponding guarantee measures of the optimization scheme combined with the idea of PDCA cycle management.Based on the collection of relevant research results,this thesis introduces the current situation of supply chain management of QK company from the aspects of supply chain management,procurement management and inventory management,and analyzes the existing problems of QK company,such as asymmetric procurement business information,low material demand planning,weak supplier management measures,high inventory cost,unreasonable inventory and so on.Then,based on the company’s supply chain management practice,this thesis puts forward the strategy of optimizing supply chain management from the aspects of improving material requirement planning,optimizing procurement process,strengthening supplier management,material classification management and using supplier joint inventory management.Finally,it analyzes the potential risks that the company needs to pay attention to when implementing the supply chain optimization scheme,and puts forward corresponding guarantee scheme suggestions,including organizational structure,employee training,risk prevention,information construction,performance appraisal and incentive,creating a good corporate culture. |
