After years of development,China's automobile manufacturing industry has become more and more important in the national economy. It has gradually become one of the important pillar industries of the people and has become an important indicator for measuring the development level of a country. However,China's auto companies are also affected by many factors in the development process, which makes the uncoordinated phenomena between the nodes in the supply chain system of auto enterprises continue to occur. Therefore,it is urgent for auto companies to strengthen the synergy between the nodes of supply chain management. The formulation and implementation of the Industry 4.0 strategy provides a new development and management thinking for automotive companies to conduct supply chain collaborative management. The"Industry 4.0"strategy is an important development strategy proposed by Germany to improve its international competitiveness in manufacturing and to address the economic pressures of internal and external problems. It conforms to the development trend of the times and is of great benefit to the development of various industries. The intelligent production method advocated by Industry 4.0 is worthy of learning and reference by automobile companies. Therefore, this paper studies the ways and methods of collaborative supply chain management of automobile enterprises under the premise of industry 4.0 strategy, which has certain reference value for improving the effectiveness of supply chain management of automobile enterprises. At the same time,it has certain hints for the automotive enterprise to transform its development mode and carry out intelligent upgrade.Internationally, the automotive supply chain is recognized as the most complex supply chain system, and it is an open system with great compatibility, which can make new changes to the internal environment and the external environment. In this paper, firstly, according to the theory and practice, the status quo of procurement management, production management, sales management, physical management, fund management and information management in China's automobile enterprise supply chain is analyzed.Secondly, combined with the status quo of supply chain management of automobile enterprises and the theoretical research of industry 4.0 and related technologies, this paper proposes to construct a collaborative management model of supply chain based on industry 4.0,which is discussed from three aspects:business flow, capital flow and information flow.Thirdly,in order to prove that the research has important practical significance, this paper selects a representative automobile enterprise to conduct empirical analysis for the research object, and builds an indicator system for the performance evaluation of the cooperative management of the supply chain of the automobile enterprise based on comprehensive consideration of various factors. The setting is mainly based on the analysis of the status quo of the third part. The index contains a number of contents related to procurement, logistics, production, sales, information, and funds of the automobile enterprise supply chain,a total of 29indicators.Data were acquired through field research.Data envelopment analysis(DEA model)was adopted to process and calculate data by usingC~2R models andC~2GS~2models respectively. Finally, the six indicators are divided into three main indicator systems:capital flow, business flow, information flow to process the operation results, and the data processing results are analyzed. Finally, the comprehensive thesis and the research results are summarized under the background of Industry 4.0.How to improve the supply chain of the automobile enterprise to achieve a more coordinated and rational state is crucial.
