China is a large marine country,with 18,000 km long coastline and about 3 million square kilometers of marine land area.Mastering detailed sea battlefield environment information such as seabed topography,sediment and underwater target shape and position characteristics is of great significance for safeguarding national maritime rights and interests,responding to sudden security threats from the sea and meeting the needs of non-war emergency military operations.In this paper,a multi-beam sonar with two-dimensional imaging and three-dimensional detection is designed based on the research project of the military logistics support department of the military commission ’s high-precision multi-camera military engineering emergency surveying and mapping system.The schematic diagram and PCB design of the receiver and digital board and the FPGA development of the data acquisition and three-dimensional detection part are completed,and the pool and field experiments are carried out.The main work of this paper is as follows :1.Complete the overall scheme design by analyzing the index requirements of the system,and then decompose and refine each component to complete the scheme design of multichannel receiver and multi-channel data acquisition and processing platform;2.According to the index requirements of the multi-channel receiver,the chip selection and parameter determination are completed in combination with the design scheme;complete schematic design and draw PCB;3.Debugging and testing the multi-channel receiver,adjusting the phase amplitude consistency to ensure that it can meet the design requirements;4.According to the signal processing scheme,analyze the interface bandwidth,data volume,computing power,complete the schematic diagram and PCB design of multi-channel data acquisition and processing platform.5.Using Quartus and Modelsim to complete the FPGA code development and debugging of A / D acquisition,orthogonal transformation,matched filtering,beamforming and various transmission and communication modules in the three-dimensional detection part;6.Complete the laboratory joint debugging,and the pool and field test,evaluation system stability and reliability. |
